The floor we got maybe smoking floor. So the smell of cigarette was quite strong

1st, i like their room offered, spacious. For me, management to manage their facilities nicely. Staff at their reception counter should go to training on hospitality, very poor & no eye contact. Overall for short stay is ok sine walking distance to MRT station.

Location is in Kepong area. It is convenient for my friend to pick up me. Room size ok. Breakfast served so so only. Almost everyday same food not much choice. I like their curry chicken with nasi lemak.

This time we had a good breakfast at this hotel. Will visit again this hotel in future👍👍👍

We need a place to stay the night before work the next day. So it serves the purpose. The shower door stuck. The wall sockets didn’t work.

A good short stay. Basic amenities and parking space provided. Room was clean and comfortable. But 2 setbacks are power points mostly do not function and there is no mini fridge provided. Overall ok.

This hotel is out of my expectations. Big room and clean. Mrt station just 2 min walk away.

Hotel ada ******** 🥺🥺 Breakfast spread okay.. sedap. Typical malaysian food. Bilik okay.. bersih, aircond sejuk. Parking pun selamat.

Bed was hard and the first room that i had didnt have window. Bed was no clean and feel itchy after a night. Not a very great location except that their service is good.

I requested for late check out and asked how much wilI it cost per hour late. One of the staff i spoke to asked what time i plan to check out and i said 230. So he said its ok, they wont charge anything. Somehow got dragged till 330pm, then i called front desk, she said i have to pay rm60 but i can stay till 6pm. so my husband went down ront to pay rm60. Suddenly same person said to my hubs that not rm60, but rm84. What kind of bullshits staff. She even said she never said rm60 then can stay till 6pm . Regardless what, i have to pay rm84. I wish the call is recororded. I hope they have the call recording system . Very disappointing. Frankly, i think she takes as her pocket money. Anyways, will never step into this property anymore
