The room was cleaned, but I booked twin bed and when I arrived it was double, it was disappointed but the next day the hotel has changed as my original booking

Only toiletries not refilled during my trip. Staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet to be improved for western choice.

Ibis was really warm and welcoming from the beginning. We came early so they gave us an early check-in and today we are checking out late at no extra cost. The hotels are like the international branches I have been to and they are truly best in class and clean. Must-try: Their breakfast buffet.

The rooms were not very clean , the hallway has a weird smell. Also some of the workers weren’t very friendly and helpful. Also they didn’t offer to carry our luggage. We had to carry on our own. They said it’s self service . Also card gets deactivated most of the time so had to go to the reception to get it activated.

We had an exceptional dining experience in Mumbai, thanks to Sharanjit-san’s pasta expertise! The pasta was perfectly cooked, with fresh ingredients and rich, authentic flavors. I actually stayed at IBIS hotel for almost 15 days, but all those days are super comfortable, super welcoming, especially their service at breakfast, lunch, dinner was awesome 100/100 Worth of visiting The room service people are also so kind. Thank you

The hotel was too good and the staff were really sweet and nice . specially shweta...aakash...and preet was really helpfull....enjoyed the service.... And I would really suggest everyone the hotel...and again I am saying this the staff was really really good....the reception staff was also really helpfull and sweet...

Great service by akash he is like always keeping smile on face. Good food fantastic saty in ibis navi mumbai rooms are quite good in ibis hotel the hospitality is very best in this hotel I ever seen thank u ibis to make my saty great. Overall experience was very good all staffs in ibis was excellent.food accomodation was mind-blowing. Staffs are very supportive and cooperative. Training hall arrangment was fine. Arrangments and hospitality in really like it. Thank you ibis hotel will visit again.

Restaurant staff was very polite, enjoyed the lunch buffet spread, they have a vast variety of lunch buffet, Mr. Abdul, Mauzzam were very good at there service, also quick check in was given at the front desk. Thank you ibis Navi Mumbai for a wonderful experience.

The rooms are neat and clean quick check in was given and the restaurants staff also very cooperative and polite, buffet spread was good , Mr Abdul and mausam were very helpful for serving us and helping us throughout thanks for a wonderful stay .
