Went to check in manager was not friendly, very abrupt. No eleverators were working. Had to carry everything up the stairs.

When we got there, the elevators were broken, so they gave us a room on the first floor close to the lobby. The bathroom toilets did not work because the water would not turn on at all, but it was past midnight and we were very tired so we just stayed in that room even though we had to fill up the toilet with the ice bucket every time we had to go to the bathroom.

Address given sent us to an empty lot. Elevator was broken so had to carry luggage to 2nd floor. Bed was like sleeping on a hard floor. Had to use a rash rag as a plug for the bathtub. Staff was very friendly it was clean.

The property seemed to have been under a renovation. Cons: Pool was closed, elevators weren’t working, shower kept dripping and no bathtub stopper, one light bulb was out in bathroom, tile grout in shower seemed moldy, Pros: location was convenient, price was good, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great!

The staff were friendly, the room had been cleaned but the tub area looked old and may have had a little mold. The bed I slept in was broken so it wobbled every time we turned over. However overall it was a nice room friendly staff breakfast was good with several choices and the coffee was good a lot better than some we have stayed at. We would stay again. We had car trouble and the staff were able to recommend a place to take our car as well.

Elevator was broken so you had to use the stairs to get to your room .
My room was clean looking but there was a dead roach on the floor along with a few interesting stains on the carpet .
The bathtub/shower hardware were all lose and would move when you tried to turn on the water .
Terrible caulking job as most of it was missing on different areas of the tubb .
Breakfast was average , everything was ok , not great, not awful , just meh .
