The hotel is located just opposite the train station with (ski) bus stop. Luckily the hotel has sound proof windows.
Very stylish renovated hotel, keeping the old heritage. The room was small but comfy with nice view.
The hotel parking is 15.- per night, what is okay.
The management has chosen to implement 2G rule (German shortening for vaccinated/recovered), although according Federal Covid-19 ordinance, this only applies for hotel’s restaurant/bar. This should be more clear stated on the booking site.

The hotel is ideally located across the street from the train station. Outside has a feel of traditional Swiss but inside has a modern vibe. Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast buffet in the morning was amazing, with Swiss breads and cheeses. Our room was clean and had an amazing view of the surrounding mountains.

Lovely hotel, great service. Centrally located close to shops and bus stops for Ski lifts. English no issue. Friendly staff. COVID compliant. Nice breakfast with hot food. Car parking on a first come basis. Good Wifi, and major Cc accepted.

room was not comfortable compared with rate/price too expensive and there was noise from music at night next time i am not booking this hotels and not recommend to stay in similar room!!!! however the people working at reception very nice and smiling and the breakfast was good

this hotel was very good - right at the train station and with great view of the mountains! A very good breakfast and nice rooms...i would recommend! The shower was also amazing and also the hotel had loots of character.

The hotel management is quite non professional. We have paid the hotel charges during booking but during our checkout time they were repeatedly asked for payment .
The room they were given to us is not that what we have booked during booking time.

Hotel is in a good position directly opposite the train station (which is a terminus so no through trains and therefore quiet) with a bus stop directly outside the hotel. Buses are frequent but stop at 5.30 so don’t keep the apres ski going too long! One minute walk to shops, restaurants. Good ski room. Nice breakfast with very pleasant and friendly staff. Room good with very comfy bed and really nice powerful shower. Not many facilities for the price (no pool, sauna etc although they apparently have an agreement with another hotel which I was unaware of until I was just checking facts!) but comfortable, clean, well positioned

Highly overpriced for the kind of services. No service for luggage, no kettle or in room coffee/tea, super rude breakfast server. Two staff running the whole mansion. Only good thing was room and reception staff, wont recommend anybody who is looking for a service which is worth the hard earned penny you spend.
