Additionally, the jacuzzi room we had booked, although brand new, felt surprisingly small for its category. However, our experience took a positive turn thanks to the intervention of the rooms manager, George, who we found to be a beloved figure. After discussing our concerns, George promptly addressed them by arranging a room change the following day. He not only assisted us with our dining reservations but also made a point to personally check on us regularly, inquiring if we needed anything. This level of attention wasn’t exclusive to us, we noticed he extended the same care to other guests, showcasing his dedication to visitor satisfaction.
