Angkla Beach Club & Boutique Resort

We did not stay at this hotel but we did book a sunset dinner on the beach at Angkla Resort after our hotel had no availability for dinner at the beach. We are so glad that we had dinner on the beach here instead. The sunset and beach had a better view here. The food was so yummy. The dinner set up was 5 stars. The staff were courteous, and efficient. The service was exceptional.

This is an incredible hotel experience. Extremely professional, approachable, and friendly staff. I could not have expected better hospitality and trea**ent. The staff really make you feel special and taken care of. In terms of specifics, the beachfront is out of this world and I doubt you can get a better private beach in El Nido. The food at the restaurant is a bit expensive but is very good, with a wide range of selection. The room was big, cleaned regularly, and had a universal plug socket, so an adapter is not needed. It comes stocked with the majority of amenities that one would require. Due to the small amount of rooms, there is always plenty of availability for the sunbeds and beanbags. The hotel is a bit isolated from the rest of the island (which you may like), but other than nightlife I don’t see a reason to need to leave this hotel.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Angkla Beach Club. Firstly, following my friend for payment about the broken glass as if we were trying to avoid responsibility, despite our card details being on file, is unacceptable. Additionally, the mix-up with my order, blaming it on the order taker, and then making me wait for a resolution is simply unprofessional. Moreover, considering Angkla is purportedly a luxury property, the bland food was a letdown. I hope this poor trea**ent wasn't because we are Filipinos. Overall, this experience dampened the vibe of our entire group's vacation.

The location was very beautiful and the resort was tastefully decorated! Food was also great! Really enjoyed my time there! The receptionists, Ram and Leslie were very helpful with arranging my activities during the trip. The wait staff were also very mindful and alert. Kuya Reymar, one of their affiliated drivers was such pleasant company! He took me to less touristy and more local places, Particularly the viewpoint where good Lomi was served. Will definitely stay here again!!

Our experience at this hotel on Nacpan Beach was truly delightful. The modern and technologically advanced rooms right on the beachfront offer an unbeatable location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, complete with excellent massages and sauna sessions. The dinners and lunches served were also commendable. However, our rating is slightly tempered due to a couple of issues. The automated nature of all the rooms, while impressive, became a downside when the electric generator malfunctioned at 5 am, causing a disruption. Additionally, while the overall standard of the hotel is exceptional, we felt that the breakfast did not quite match the elevated experience provided elsewhere on the property. Despite these minor setbacks, our stay was memorable, and we would still recommend this beautiful hotel for those seeking a picturesque retreat on Nacpan Beach.

A very new and nice boutique hotel right on Nacpan Beach (long stretch of white sand beach, great for a walk). The restaurant had great food, and you had amazing sunset views. It's a bit isolated (other than a few other hotels along a great beach) but we just wanted a weekend stopover to chill by a pool and read. The road getting is it a bit bumpy, but not too bad. Rooms all have smart switches but they're also motion sensored in the bathroom., so bring a sleep mask if you're sensitive to light when sleeping. We had a first floor room closest to the restaurant/pool. Noise wasn't an issue at all, everything stops at 10pm which was nice. Bed was super comfy and it was a nice big bathroom. One thing to note, you can't drink the tap water, or use it to brush your teeth, so you need to always order bottle water, it would've been nice to have refillable bottles and a water station considering this, but not the end of the world. There are a few books in all the rooms, which was great as I had forgotten my kindle. Everyone was super nice and helpful, but service as the restaurant/pool was a bit slow, and I often had to go find someone to order. Only about 4 rooms we're booked while we were there, but some larger groups came just for meals.

The staff are very hospitable and provided the best service I have ever experienced. In addition, the rooms are jaw-dropping and I absolutely loved the overall aesthetic, layout, cleanliness, and comfortability.

Staff are very accommodating and the food are 10 out of 10. The scenery and the ambience are the best and very beautiful. The sea with the sunset are worth the wait. The long walk and trek was very worth it.

I had the best birthday celebration ever staying at Angkla ❤️ Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment you stepped in at the resort entrance, their team anticipates all your needs before you even think about it. The attention to every detail is superb. You will really feel the warm and sincere Filipino Hospitality. Room ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The room is very homy yet classy. The touch button is really amazing and the view is breath taking. Their attention to details is excellent. Amenities ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They have a very luxurious amenities that you will surely enjoy specially their cozy pool. I'm looking forward to their upcoming fitness center and spa 😉 Food ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They have the best Kare-kare and Adobo. Must try!!! If you want to experience the best luxury and comfort, you must visit Angkla ❤️❤️❤️
