It is good to stay in

酒店離機場很近，出行比較方便，打車也很容易。不過酒店沒有牙刷等一次性洗漱用品，如果沒有帶這些東西就比較麻煩。

離機場挺近，出行也還算方便；名字好記（很意外這個也是加分項嗎？語言不通…這個名字似乎很多人知道，包括的士司機，所以…），工作人員很友善。 附近有一些大使館，所以這一片應該是比較安全的。比較推薦～

wifi不給力，房間小。環境還好，服務很好

早餐不錯，位置好找，環境不錯，出酒店大門，直行400多米，就一個本地較大的超市，突尼斯mall.購物方便。酒店裡不提供拖鞋，不提供一次性牙刷牙膏，需要自帶。

A pricey hotel compared to its quiet service, When I arrived at the hotel I asked the receptionist if the Wi-Fi was good, he told me it was good, I told him I asked my friends and they told me that Wi-Fi was very poor, the receptionist confirmed that it was good. But unfortunately when I went to the room and paid the value of a night reservation 220 Tunisian dinars. I found that Wi-Fi was very slow and did not work in some areas of the room. I went to the reception and told him that Wi-Fi was not good, I asked him about room services, could I ask for a dinner, he told me that the room service was working 24 hours, I could ask for what I wanted and unfortunately again when I called the room service they told me they did not have any Something, and that the workers do not exist and there is no dinner. So I decided today and since the morning to leave the hotel and went to the Concorde Hotel.

This hotel has low quality services compared to its price, the food quality was various from day to day ( ie one day you enjoy the food next day you found nothing to eat . Also the stuff stole 85 T.D from my room but the room was nice and clean

Good location and nice staff when you Check in. Breakfast is medium not many choices. Cleaning is medium. Not worth the price. The staff is friendly and smiling. The hotel has a parking in front of it if you have a car. Recommended just for the location.

Nice, modern hotel conveniently situated close to Carthage International Airport of Tunis. Wifi of good quality. Some technical aspects (closing windows) and housekeeping (check if towels are available) could be improved.

Great location by the airport. A taxi should cost you 5 dinar. The rooms are average. The breakfast despite significant is meh. It's an airport hotel. Request a room with a shower vs bathtub, since they are larger and nicer. The rooms are very small.

Hôtel Lac Leman is below the average: I booked through *********** one bedroom for three days with the option to pay at the property in cash; however, the receptionist (Mr.Nisar) charged me $330 USD and refused to wait the next day for paying the hotel in local currency . I was surprised of the unexpected overpayment total price until I found out the hidden rate exchange at hotel was 2.94 that is the sum of $30 USD dollars more than the offered price online for the booked one bedroom (the rate outside near the hotel was 3.09) . The next day asked another receptionist to meet the manager for filling a complaint against the receptionist ( Nisar ) and explained about the problem that I was overpaid the actual bill; he apologized and refunded back the difference of 80 TND Tunisian dinar. Please be aware of this hotel it is not safe and rooms are no !! clean plus the breakfast is very poor

Many things such as: -The hallways were dark and cold -Had breakfast included however what was given was not sufficient (it was a very limited choice) and not worth the price -Had one of the rooms cleaned without authorisation -Beds were not comfortable -Air con automatically turned on and throughout the stay, the room was cold (this includes even after manually changing the temperature) -Location was secluded and hard to access (e.g. not on the main road) -Invoice received was very confusing and stated visa fee which was nothing to do with the customer but rather the business visa cost Only positive is the decor inside.
