Perfect service experience! Excellent food, new rooms and a gorgeous view. The Astral hotel chain is undoubtedly in a very high place. Last but not least, Merav Yafarah, a customer service school. Thank you for a dream vacation!

Stayed here for about a week. The room was lovely as was the service. I really liked that there was a Nespresso machine so I could make my own cafe americanos just like I do at home. The bed was also comfortable and I found that I slept so well during my stay in Israel. I also thought the lounge access was a nice perk and definitely worth it. I ate breakfast every morning in the lounge and loved that there was a variety of items to try every morning. Like having smoked salmon every morning for breakfast was definitely a treat. The espresso macchiatos reminded me a lot of what I used to get made for me by Italian trained staff overseas. The staff was so professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

We went with our family for my fathers soccer tournament along with my 5 year old niece. The staff were beyond excellent when it came to comforting her when she was sobbing like kids do, even went as far to check up on her the day after. Beyond that they even supplied her with food beyond the allocated time table, when, she spilled it they refilled it again.

We had a reservation for 7, and the rooms were prepared only for four... One of the two rooms stinks from cigarettes we came with 5 children but the rooms weren't beside each other There is a coffee machine in the room but each capsule costs money The gim also costs extra money

Beautiful hotel on the beachfront. We had a suite with two bedrooms and a jacuzzi overlooking the sea. The rooms are spacious and wide. Responsive staff, dining room with lots of different dishes. Huge swimming pool on the hotel grounds. A great vacation for the whole family!

Me and my wife stayed here for a weekend and really enjoyed the entire experience. Staff was super nice, food was great and the pool with ocean view was the best! We stayed at the new building, so the room was of very high quality. Really recommend!

Aria hotel located near the promenade and the mall. It is a very nice place with a private beach and warm swimming pool in the winter. Perfect atmosphere. It was a very nice vacation. The weather was excellent. The food is fresh Perfect . service and hospitality.

Wow!! I had the most incredible experience at this hotel. It truly exceeded all my expectations with its luxurious facilities, a private beach boasting a stunning coral reef, and breathtaking views from the room. The staff members were not only highly professional but also incredibly kind and attentive. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Mrs Meirav Shalom and Mrs Chen for their warm welcome and for setting the perfect tone for our weekend getaway. They greeted us with genuine smiles and went above and beyond to ensure our stay started off on the best possible note. Moreover, when we encountered a problem, they swiftly provided us with a solution, demonstrating their efficiency and dedication. The food was extremely delicious and the room was super clean.
