It was good a place location wise and cleanliness wise but expected more amenities and better service.

There is no clean or change towel even though I placed it at the floor by following their policy. Good location.

LOCATION perfect.Right behind the Bus Stop..so many routes.We did daily Bus tours using the 5pound All day Bus Card..we were told of the Bus Card at the Fromt Desk..Hotel was Warm, Staff very warm, helpful, responsive and courteous..Beds Comfy, Rooms clean, Bathroom clean..a but tiny but functional...Worth every penny spent.

Very very noisy room. Can hear people talking, footsteps and the crowd is rather rowdy.

Wanted to extend my stay but it was too expensive. To be fair it was during the weekend of Taylor Swift Eras Tour.

The hotel was ok but the room was terrible and there was flies on the window which doesn’t allow me to sleep properly and given me trouble

Hi. There was noisy at night. There was no sugar for coffee. We couldn’t do check out and left our keys on the table.

No double glazing so very noisy. Beds too hard. Decorating v. Good clean and tidy. On a main road kept getting woken up by emergency service.

房間條件很好，入住和退房也很方便，接待很熱情，距離Royal Mile Streer也不太遠，整體很滿意。

總體還是不錯的入住體驗。房間有很大的落地窗。前台有工作人員的入住Check-in時間到晚上10：30，酒店會提前發送郵件要求房客確認入住時間，當得知我晚於10：30後很貼心的發一份英語郵件告知自助入住手續和從機場乘車的路線和公交線路訊息，這對我很有幫助。這對於語言不便的房客溝通可能會有些障礙。 酒店門口有31等幾趟公交到市中心，距離王子街坐公交12站，約半個小時。也還方便。

基本上自助, 不過老板好好人... 房間很大, 有傳統特色的裝修風格, 但我入住的房間非套房, 沖涼上廁所要經過小走廊, 對於家庭客可能不習慣... 相信並非每間如此, 預訂要問清楚... 如果是這間沒套房的房型是稍貴了點... 就是很近愛丁堡大學, 且附近有大型超市...當你發現需要一雙拖鞋的时候就明白超市的重要性...
