The hotel is good and with convenient location. The view from the top floor and in my room was amazing. Only one thing I didn't like its sauna. It was cold and without changing room.

Very convenient location - about 10 mins walk to Mirabell Palace. Room was decent - I did book for an extended room but didn’t seem extended to me. The shower was very tricky as there was no door or curtain. The view was pretty good - esp great if you’re a train spotter. Loved the sauna.

location is near the station, however it's a walk to the old town / places of interest! but the hotel has the best morning views indeed!

Stayed here for four night, pleased with the housekeeping and refreshment of mini bar every day. Room was decent sized although we booked a studio. Staff was accommodating as well. Overall a great experience!

The only downside is it’s shower area. The glass is transparent with a translucent certain on one side and transparent on the vanity area which is hard to shower and can be seen if you have grown up kids staying together in one room. Totally clear concept shower area. The vanity area will get wet when you shower. The rest is good and friendly staff.

Very good location and comfortable. Cleanliness is good. Value for the money choice.

Basic amenities should be there in the room - kettle, coffee etc

Location very closed to salzburg train station and bus terminal. The view at the breakfast area is amazing.

Great modern hotel with fantastic views of Salzburg. We had a very good time here - parking was available, also breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel for travelers looking for a modern space to stay at.

Very convenient locatio not the train station. By walking. The hotel has very good view of the Alps. Didn't like that when we arrived housekeeping seem incomplete. There will empty beer bottles in our cupboard. The toilet has no door and it is very chilly during winter.

Best location, 4min away from Salzburg’s main station … high floor super good view and breakfast choice is a lot ,breakfast restaurant view is awesome too .

The hotel was very modern and right next to the main train station which was very convenient. Sure the bathroom configuration is a bit odd for non couples, but the room we had for a family with sofa bed, means the sofa bed is in another side of the room which doesn't look into the glass room. So you can always sit in that other area whilst someone is showering. The toilet is separate to the rest of the bathroom. A few things in the bar fridge were included in the room rate. There was a roof top bar too with a nice view of the surrounding area. Breakfast had good variety and generally a nice space on Level 14. Not too long to walk into the old town over the river and very nice to walk through Mirabell Palace grounds and gardens.
