Breakfast was tasty but everyday the same. One time were eggs served with hair, but they change it after notice.Room was nice, bed comfortable.Hotel looks nice but is very far by foot from city center. But service in hotel very chaotic. Our bath tube had issues that prevented us from using it but we had to solve it with 5 different people until it was done. Also we woke up around 2-3 times per night because of the thin walls and shauting guests.

This is a very good hotel. Rome have hot water and air conditioner. The bed very comfortable.

It was a nice stay. Haymarket is nearby. Most everyplace is walkable from here. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I didn't include the breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The breakfast is in the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel.

It would have been rated higher if not for the noticeably numerous hair on the bathroom floor that does not belong to us. How did it get there? Short n curly hair is very distinctive. Anyway, the room was good enough but prices in Edinburgh runs on the steep side. The location was convenient, just walk to Haymarket station or bus stops around. Staff try to be helpful overall. The pillows are very comfortable, as either the bed.

This is a rather disappointing stay. I hope we can get a proper compensation. 1. The bathroom does not have any basic toiletries, not even hand soap. We had to go down to reception to ask and was given hand lotion and told that it works as hand soap?!? 2. Breakfast is not ready at 7am. Breakfast is supposed to serve from 7 - 10am. On first morning, breakfast spread was not complete because chef came to work late. (Photo shows what was available to guests). We had to leave to catch our day tour bus so we barely ate anything. On the next day, no breakfast was served because there was issues with gas. 3. Room cleaning was not complete. Room cleaning only made the beds and refreshed the towels. The dustbins were not emptied and the toilet papers were not replenished.

It's very convenient to walk to Prince Street in about 15 minutes. The area around the hotel is relatively quiet. The breakfast is also good. There is hot water for bathing. Overall, it's good.

Edinburgh main station hotels are relatively expensive, but this one is not too far from Haymarket, so you can save some travel expenses. Even so, the hotel facilities and reception staff are great, and the restaurant also serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, which is a very convenient choice!

The room is very small, comparable to a Japanese hotel, everything is compact. Living in a room along the road, it is very noisy at night, and I can hear people talking and arguing clearly.

One of the best value for money hotels in Edinburgh and even the UK. The front desk upgraded the room type and provided free breakfast for two people (a continental breakfast is actually provided in a hotel of this level). The location is also good, it's very close to everywhere you can take a taxi.

The girl at the front desk of the hotel is racist and has a very bad attitude. Don't book this hotel. We arrived at the hotel to check in at 11:00 on the same day. The boy at the front desk told us that there were no rooms available, but the formalities had been completed. We could come back at 15:00 in the afternoon to get the room card. We arrived at the hotel at 19:00 in the afternoon. The girl forced us to leave our credit card information and enter it into the hotel system without giving any reason. The room fee had been paid on Ctrip. This fee was not a deposit. We said that we could give cash instead of credit card and return it when we checked out. But!! The hotel refused to accept cash??? What's outrageous is that when we said we didn't have Applepay, she rolled her eyes at us and even asked me loudly "Why can't Chinese credit cards connect to Applepay?" I contacted Ctrip's housekeeper to communicate later. The girl at the front desk also... "scolded" Ctrip's housekeeper loudly (I didn't understand and was very surprised). Later, I met my compatriots back to the hotel. After communication, I found that my compatriots did not leave any credit card information when checking in. In the end, I was speechless about the hotel service. I contacted Ctrip to cancel the reservation and changed to another hotel. When traveling, I would like to thank my compatriots for their help and Ctrip’s follow-up specialists for helping us fight for our rights.

It's not bad, clean and quiet, but I misjudged it and thought it was a Sheraton. The hotel is very close to the station, and there is a small Chinese restaurant next to it (I didn't go to eat), and the front desk can also store luggage for a while. The people are pretty nice.
