Ulasan Hilton Dushanbe

I stayed there 15 nights in relation to a business travel. I spend generally an average of 200 nights/year in hotels from similar category, so I consider myself to be demanding and rarely to feel home. The hotel is decent. Room is top cleaned. The hotel got sauna, a nice bar and a disco (opens Friday and Saturday evenings). Breakfast is delicious and changing, which is excellent comparably to other hotels where you got the same choice every day. Personnel with no exception are extremely polite, professional and hospitable. One front office really made the difference in my stay, Mr. Shodi. Not only that he was very capable and has outstanding skills of solving any issues within minutes (eg. transaction which I did in the wrong currency), he was also very human, kind and authentic. I enjoyed to talking to him when he had free time, it felt like he is a brother to me. I consider him one of the best front office which I met in my life. For the first time in years, I felt home in this hotel and wished that my trip isn't going to end. It touched me much at personal level, the level of hospitality in this hotel, it felt really like by the family. Hopefully, I will try to convince my manager to be more often in Dushanbe for any projects or extension. I would like to send my best regards to Shodi, his colleague from the shift and all front office.
