It an old lump of s—t that needs a lot’s of money spent on it the owners are living in the 19th century

The hotel is located near town center, few minutes of walk can reach the octagon and it’s next to railway station. Very good location. The hotel was built around 1875 if not mistaken so the room is very very vintage and old. Most of the amenities in room look old especially the bath tub look dirty and room space is quite small. A lots of parking space provided by the hotel and it’s opposite of the hotel.

Leviathan Hotel is a classic hotel with a nice interior of the common areas (wooden stairs, old fashioned furniture etc.) and an old style elevator and keys for the doors. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My rooms is in the small side and if your want a super new and spotless hotel this one is a little bit old and worn which is part of its charm.

The position of Leviathan Hotel in the centre of Dunedin is quite good. Free parking is on the opposite street. But the equipments aren’t so good.

No cleaning was done. The room has everything you need: kitchen, heating, air heater in the bathroom.

The hotel is in the city center, very close to the surrounding attractions. No deposit is required for check-in. It is a very historic hotel, and the hotel's elevator is estimated to be a hundred years old.

Overall very satisfied, very retro, small room, everything is available, also has its own parking lot, the most important thing is that it is free! After all, parking is expensive in New Zealand! Hahahahahahahahahahaha

The area is large enough, but the elevator is old and the kitchen facilities do not have a stove. The location is very good, close to everything, the service is very thoughtful, and parking is convenient.

The room was 10 square meters smaller than when booked. The room area was 21.5 square meters when booked. After check-in, the room area was only 11.5 square meters.

The location is in the city center, making it easy to travel around the entire city. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and there is no noise when sleeping at night. The staff was very helpful in helping us turn on the internet.

The facilities are a little old, but not damaged. It is a nostalgic hotel with a lot of atmosphere. It is close to the city center, the First Church and the old station.
