It was a very unpleasant stay, I was frustrated most of the time! I stayed around 4 to 5 nights
- The first room was not clean! only the bed sheets were changed.
- The carpet was not well vacuumed, and the dust was not well cleaned.
- I asked for deep-cleaning three times, and every time I informed them I would be out of the room for 5 hours. In those three times, they told me will do it, but never did.
- The hand soap was broken, they changed it.
- SO many tiny flies everywhere, I literally wake up seeing them next to my pillow!! I asked for pest control, BUT NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I felt disgusted all of the time.
They gave me a one-day complimentary breakfast.
- I changed the room, it was better but still the flies problem was there.
- I requested a million times to fix the safety box, but it was never fixed.
- In the second room, I asked them to clean it multiple times, and they did. but the funny part was, behind one of the single beds on the corner, there was an old bag (maybe from a previous customer). In ALL of the times they cleaned the room, they never noticed it?
- Some of the pillows smelled like storage, they changed it when I requested.
- The dine-in was okay, but overpriced.
- The business center was not working for my whole stay, I missed multiple meetings because of that.
I didn't feel that there were enough staff, but regardless a couple of them were helpful, especially the manager.
Loved the pool experience.
The last 2 days, the rain storm happened, so I was understanding in terms of how busy the hotel got, but all of the points mentioned above was before that.
