Amazing experience with this hotel! Restaurant 81 is wonderful The whole resort is elegant and had an great amount of amenities. Adil and Bikeh were excellent waiters with great hospitality. Ammar was a very helpful guest relation and very friendly.

Lovely place with lovely staff, this hotel is beautiful. Eighty one buffet is great with lots of choices for all, the food was very tasty. The rooms in the hotel are modern and very nice. The lobby is beautiful, kinara and republik are also nice restaurants. We experienced great service from the friendly Rizwan in Eight One. The swimming pools are great also.

I would like to write my experience with this hotel. Everything was excellent - the food, the beach, services in restaurant (Rizwan - 81 Restaurant is very kind, friendly and his services are very professional). I will recommend this hotel.

Everything was super. Restaurant 81 is every time clean and service is excellent. I must admit that service from Rizwan was excellent and his communication with us was perfect. I wish that I have this employee in my company. The room was clean and everything was full all the time. On the beach was every time space for us. I very appreciate that alcohol was real Aperol. Delicious. Thank you for these vacation.

Great Service and food. I have never seen something similar in my life. A massive diversity of dishes, original drinks, clean rooms and wonderful flavor in all hotel. It’s 10/10 undoubtedly. Helpful waiters is also one of the traits of this restaurant. Rizwan, Keshaw, Aadil, Fiona, Krishna did their best to provide the best service I’ve ever met. Thank u guys

Excellent holiday resort! We truly enjoyed our stay at JA Lake view. The hotel was very modern and pristine just like the pictures. The food was lovely and varied, the kids thoroughly enjoyed the splash park and beach. The staff at the restaurants 81 and White orchid were helpful and courteous. We would like to thank Rakesh, Praveen , Shathani, Rizwan, Keshau & Naresh. Also thank you to Adrian and Luc at reception/concierge who were super helpful. We will definitely visit again.

Our experience at JA The LakeView was excellent the rooms were great and the room service was top notch and special thanks to May,Praveen,Kristine,Nethmi,Chamal,Farhan and Suhith as these guys made our stay excellent and food was also great

Amazing hotel , with great staff and management. Rooms were clean and very well maintained. Amazing service by Rizwan , Chamal , Krishna . Dipesh , Nethmi , Shashwat at restaurant 81 . Food was also very tasty and served hot with lots of variety.

Thanks for Rizwan he an amazing man and he made my day with excellent service and nice breakfast and delicious food over all the hotel is nice the pool as well the atmosphere in the hotel also you can visit more than hotels in the same time as it connected

It was very bad experience i had i was one member of family we booked 5 rooms in Al Eid vacation . We did not be happy at all bcs the staff was rode and inflexible at all. We spent all the stay fighting to get only our rights not any thing extra And one of our family members posted a review before and the reply from this hotel management was totally incorrect. I was there and they did not provide us any complimentary meal and they strongly refused to make late check out for us. Not like what they mentioned at all. The problem of this hotel is totally management problem and that was very obvious from they’re reply Thanks

Good service. Smily face, gentle and supportive. During our stay at JA lakeview resort in Dubai, we met Mr Rizwan at the breakfast. He welcomed us warmly and was regularly checking what my family and I needed. We would like to thank Mr. Rizwan and JA hotel for hospitlity.
