The breakfast and the location of the hotel were amazing. Room cleaning was very good. The interest was great. I advise.

Staff are helpful and very polite but they handover to me a room that was already used since someone drank the amenity water and use the toilet… Rooms are very old and abused too and the design doesn’t match what the ground floor and lobby are. Breakfast was ok but some of the staff weren’t so much helpful.

Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience you experienced with the room and its amenities. Rest assured, we take these matters seriously, and we will investigate how such a lapse occurred in room preparation to prevent it from happening in the future.Your feedback about the room condition is well received and I am pleased to inform you that this is very much a part of our complete Refurbishment project which is expected to start in the near future. However, in the meantime, we do have 2 floors in the hotel (29th & 30th) which were refurbished together with the lobby and should you choose to stay during your next visit.I am disappointed to hear that some of our staff during breakfast did not meet the high service standards we aim for. I will address this internally to ensure that all our team members consistently provide the assistance and support our guests deserve.I do hope that those incidents will not mere your decision to use our facilities and services and that we will have another opportunity to welcome you back and regain your trust. 房間能看到帆船酒店，能看到部分marina區域。地點就在公司隔壁一棟樓，lobby直達Arjaan Office Tower，非常方便。淡季的價格在可接受範圍內。附近有Tram T1，可到地鐵站；也有公交84路，可到The Mall of Eirmates。

Wir hatten für 3 Nächte gebucht. Beim Check-In wurde uns angeboten, gegen Zuzahlung ein Zimmer mit Meerblick zu bekommen. Dass auf der Stadtseite aber eine Großbaustelle war die bis 23 Uhr arbeitet und morgens um 5 Uhr wieder beginnt, wurde uns verschwiegen. Erst nachdem wir uns beschwerten konnten wir umziehen. Das neue Zimmer war aber nicht gleichwertig, da es keinen Balkon hatte. Anstatt uns ein Upgrade zu gewähren, bekamen wir ein Downgrade. Beim Buchen von Touren waren die angebotenen Stadt- und Wüstentouren als Gruppentour angeblich nicht mehr verfügbar, man empfahl uns jeweils eine deutlich teurere Privattour. Wahrscheinlich wegen der höheren Provision für den Consierge. Da wir etwas von der Stadt sehen wollten blieb uns letztendlich keine andere Wahl. 😞 Zuletzt sei erwähnt: Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Geschäftsviertel (Media City). Das Frühstück beginnt aber erst ab 06:30 Uhr. In den meisten anderen Hotel aber ab 06:00 Uhr. Da wir um 06:00 Uhr abreisen mussten, bekamen wir am Abreisetag nicht das gebuchte und auch bezahlte Frühstück. Beim nächsten Mal buche ich doch lieber ein Zimmer im Stadtzentrum. Dieses Hotel liegt 17 Kilometer ausserhalb der Stadt.

Im großen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt toll!  Das zimmer haben wir uns etwas mordernet vorgestellt, aber das war nicht schlimm. Eine Überraschungstorte gab es vom Hotel-Team auch noch, weil ich Geburtstag hatte. Gerne wieder!

Несмотря на все переговоры операторов платформы с отелем , руководство отеля отказались пойти на какие либо уступки в отмене/переносе брони. Хотя причиной было состояние здоровья. Для меня это показатель очень низкого уровня обслуживания, в таких отелях, как правило, невозможно решить никакие проблемы. Отель не ориентирован на работу с клиентами . Разумеется, я уже не стану букировать это место в предстоящую (позднее) поездку и никому никогда не посоветую .
