Booked a room over July for when the Olympics are on (booked back in 2023) and they have just cancelled the reservation. Utterly appalling from management - no offer of an alternative and now we are totally stuck with no accommodation over this period. Unreliable

Very bad rooms outside the main hotel body not well lighted, not insulated, notvreached by wifi. Very hard beds and tv not working. By the contrary the staff is really gentle and customer oriented. The breakfast is good and having many options

Do not stay here! They will cancel your booking during the busiest time period. Now we have nowhere to stay. Our booking was cancelled with no reasonable explanation during the busiest time of the year. So disappointed - you have been warned!!

We've spent 2 beautiful days in le Domaine du Normont for a family reunion with lots of children. The place is great : lots of space, excellent food, and the staff was very kind with all of us. Some buildings outside need renovation (process ongoing as we understood) but still the rooms were confortable. Also the old town of Dourdan with the castle is really nice. We recommend !

séjour 1 nuit pour mes enfants et moi, 3 chambres doubles (dans bungalows), propres, fonctionnelles, rapport qualité prix très satisfaisant (79€ la nuitée par chambre). personnel accueillant. Parking très sécurisé par portail fermé à la nuit tombée. Pas d avance à faire pour réserver. Réservation directe par téléphone.

Comment dire … Digne d’un hôtel des années 50 ou d’un Ephad peut être … Deuxième club Belambra cette année , toujours la même conclusion : pas digne d’un hôtel 3 étoiles proposé en plus à 110 euros la nuit !! Excrément d’oiseau dans la chambre Rideau avec un trou de cigarette Odeur de moisissure dans la salle de bain Plafond qui s’écaille à la réception .. Lumières qui ne fonctionnent pas , prises qui ne fonctionnent pas … Petit déjeuner qui laisse à désirer. Nous nous sommes sentis bien seuls! Je ne comprends pas que Belambra existe encore! Une réelle catastrophe!

Surréaliste, lunaire. Vite fuyez malgré l attrait du portail Au delà, bienvenus à l Epadh de très mauvaise qualité. Après avoir été informés que les bungalows n étaient plus éligibles à la location suite à des réclamations clients , nous avons eu le bonheur de nous voir alloué une chambrette vétuste et glauque. Même un hôtel 1er classe a plus de prestige. Après une visite éclair du spot au nous devions dormir, nous avons fini. Lit en 140 et une salle de bain inacceptable nous a fait faire demi tour. Et le site est estampé 3 étoiles, même 2 n est pas acceptable

Bonsoir, Nous avons dîné et dormi hier soir 29 octobre au domaine de Normont avec 8 autres amis randonneurs. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, le repas était tout à fait correct sauf le dessert, qui était moyen car industriel. La chambre était très propre et confortable et le petit déjeuner copieux et varié. En résumé, si nous retournons à Dourdan pour une randonnée, nous y redormirons volontiers.

Réservation faite par internet. Checkin fait par internet aussi, à la demande de l’hôtel pour « gagner du temps »!! Au final une queue de 50 mn pour récupérer les clefs. Intolérable ! Nous étions invités à un mariage et avons loupé le cocktail du fait de ce retard. Et nous n’avons pas été les seuls invités dans ce cas. Un autre groupe était aussi à l’hôtel, invité pour un anniversaire dans la région. Même attente pour ce groupe. Une seule réceptionniste qui a fait ce qu’elle a pu! Et pourtant l’hôtel était bien au courant du nombre de personnes qu’il allait falloir accueillir. Literie confortable. Pas de bouilloire, ni sachets de thé ou café. Salle de bain à revoir en particulier la douche (joints, rideaux sans tous les anneaux). Équipement basique pour un 3 étoiles dans un joli parc avec piscine. Très dommage.
