The front employee was not helpful at all. When reach out asking for her assistance she did not go out of her way to guide us. She was NOT rude, just not helpful. She was very automatic, not personal.

The hotel is poorly mantained and cleaned. We found an old bottle of water and dental floss under the beds, I guess they dont clean under them. When we got to our room one day there was no towels in the bathroom so I went to the front desk and they just told me that it was not their problem and I had to contact the cleaning crew! After further discussion they gave me only one towel! Awful service. The only thing good was the pool which is shared with the embassy suites hotel.

It’s like a beach motel with a nice pool, no restaurants on the premises and it’s very old in need of remodeling, the shower curtain has seen better days 😳

The hotel is aged. The shower doesn't work. There's no separate AC in the room, and the central AC is so cold without extra blankets provided. The staff is friendly, and the pool and the bay are nice to walk around. There's a $14/day charge for parking. It's good for photo ops, but other than that, the room is equivalent to a one-star hotel.

The overall upkeep of the property was poor! We had to request a new room. The furniture & curtains had stains, lamp shade dirty, sink dirty, the room smelled moldy...yikes! Thankfully they did give us a cleaner room. I would not stay there again.

Pool area and pool bar were really great! Staff is amazing. Hotel is clean but the rooms are just old… need some updating. But with that said, we had everything we needed and everything worked. We would stay here again.
