Ulasan Borneo Inn

All was good except for the WiFi service. The staff were good. It has no lift by the way and our family room with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed was on the 2nd floor. Using only stair to lift up our baggage. This facility has it's own parking lot which save our time not to look for a space to park our car.

Always favourite to book this budget hotel.

Stay provided free and spacious parking outside which is super convenient

It was satisfying for a very affordable rate. The location is peaceful and safe. Comfortable indeed. Highly recommended for solo travellers.

I check out before 1pm and the reception told me the hotel rules customer should be check-out at 12:50 or I'll be compound rm10 for late check-out, later I show my booking history and it says check-out time was 1pm then she started apologize because she was mistaken and told me she don't know about trip.com and says that it should be 12:50 on Agoda and return my money as well.. but when I check on Agoda the checkout time was still 1pm.. what she trying to do with it?

Worth the price, suitable for guest like me, just need a place to bath & stay a short night

The only reason I stayed here was because of it location near to the airport. Everything else is good in terms of experience except I was imposed with liability costing RM10 for soiling one piece of their towel. The soiling happened because I walked outside after the rain and my foot got into a mud spot. I came back to my room and I accidentally stepped on the towel. Bear in mind, I had to book their largest room meant for 4 pax because that was the only one available even though I stayed alone. Considering the occupancy is low for that large room, soiling one piece of towel does not justify a RM10 liability damage.

I love the style and the parking space is big, so i don't need to struggle finding where to park..

Good enough for the price. Sometimes water supply cuts off for a few minutes. Ants in the room.

The amenities provided although a bit worn out but were still adequate for a comfortable stay. The hotel place very convenient in penampang area, nearby got few hyper market and restaurant. The price is reasonable and recommended.

Been here for almost 3 times! The family room is too big and spacious, believe me it probably can even fit 7 adults considering there's sofa bed as well. However, you will need to go up to 2nd floor for that haha. If you need to use iron, there's an iron board outside of the room. The bathroom so spacious! One thing can be improved is please make sure there's staff at the counter. So hard that we need to call and wait for them especially when we are rushing to check out.

I think this place is quite nice but just the room is not that sake with the picture and even smaller from the picture.
