Saya senang dengan hotel ini, lokasinya tenang, tidak jauh dari pusat kota Ubud, stafnya luar biasa, ramah sekali, tapi saya kaget dengan persentase plus pelayanannya dibandingkan harga di restoran, dari 7 hingga 30 %, saya tidak mendukung kebijakan ini)

Harga sangat hemat biaya. Hotelnya tidak besar, tetapi sangat atmosfer. Kamar yang kami pesan sangat besar, dengan dua kamar tidur dan tiga kamar mandi, tetapi hanya ada satu cermin dan tidak ada sandal ruang tamu di dalam kamar, dan pencahayaan di dalam kamar sangat redup. Ada juga butlernya, tapi saya tidak pakai. Sarapannya banyak dan pelayannya sangat ramah dan membantu.

The accommodation has a lot of potential, well furnished and beautiful small property. However, it is not worth the price relative to other properties available in this budget. The staff were not able/or interested in communicating at all, there were no instructions provided at check-in on services available, you are left on your own to figure it out. No one at reception most of the times. The location is poor. Cars sometimes refuse to come there, the alley has no lights to navigate at night and lots of barking dogs. It was hard to get cabs in and out unless we booked in advance. 10-15 minutes drive to sanur port which is why we went for this location. Breakfast was great but repetitive, no menu is provided and hard to communicate with staff about options. Pool is great. They need to have at least one person on their staff who is able to communicate with guests. For us, the service destroyed the experience.

Everything was just perfect. The villa is clean, big. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The breakfast is so fresh and delicious. They served breakfast right in the villa. The pool is clean and the water is warm. There is nothing nearby the villa. We rented a bike. I would recommend. Amazing experience.

Everything is good except the pics included for the one-bedroom apartment on this app are very very misleading. Apparently, the one-bedroom apartment is only a bedroom with a semi-outdoor bathroom which is not literally an apartment-style room. Meanwhile, the pics indicate that the room has a living room, dining area, and mini pantry. Kama Village or Nakula’s management should really work on this (either change the copywriting or update the pics), so it won’t cause any misunderstanding in the future. Other than that, it’s such a nice hotel with a relaxing and quiet ambiance.

Beautiful hotel but difficult to found with a bad road the last meters

Прекрасная вилла с двумя спальнями, двумя ванными комнатами, тремя туалетами и гостиной с посудой, большим холодильником, микроволновой печью и плитой, идеальная уборка, внимательный и улыбчивый персонал. Вкусный завтрак приносят в гостиную в выбранное время. Пешком с детьми ходили до порта Санур. Совсем рядом очень вкусный и не дорогой ресторан.

La villa es hermosa, de los mejores lugares en Bali para quedarse pero la ubicación no es tan buena. El desayuno fue también espectacular. Igualmente lo recomiendo.

Уборка каждый день, персонал очень приветливый, завтраки на выбор индонезийский завтрак/английский/индийский+сок на выбор+кофе+тосты с джемом+фруктовая тарелка. Территория красивая, бассейн, лежаки, полотенца для бассейна. Вечером тихо, спать никто не мешает. Сейф в наличии, работает. Матрасы и подушки удобные, постельное и полотенца чистые без пятен и дыр. Холодильник есть на ресепшен, можно там оставлять свои продукты. Единственный минус местоположение. До хорошего пляжа или цивилизации только на такси или байке (такси 25-35 т. рупий, смотря до куда). Постирочная в 5-10 минутах ходьбы (выходите на дорогу и налево в сторону моря по левой стороне, за 2кг вещей заплатили 19тыс экспресс стирка, обычная ещё дешевле). Т.к. душевая с открытым небом не удивляйтесь насекомым, на первое утро был шок конечно от их количества там. В любом маркете купите штуку от насекомых в розетку, розетка в душевой около раковины, помогает очень хорошо.

Saya menginap di Kama Village bersama orang tua saya selama empat malam. Begitu kami tiba, kami langsung disambut oleh staf yang sangat ramah dan ditawari jus semangka. Kami diantar ke vila kami yang sangat bersih dengan suhu yang nyaman karena AC-nya. Vilanya luas dan kami masing-masing punya kamar mandi sendiri yang berada di luar vila tetapi benar-benar tersembunyi dari luar. Di pagi hari, mereka menyiapkan sarapan saat kami duduk di kolam renang. Setiap kali kami punya pertanyaan, stafnya ramah membantu kami dan setiap kali kami berpapasan dengan mereka, kami disambut dengan sangat ramah. Anda bisa melihat bahwa mereka mencintai pekerjaan mereka. Saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih yang sebesar-besarnya kepada Herman dan stafnya karena telah membuat masa tinggal kami begitu menyenangkan.

Tempat yang luar biasa untuk bersantai dan merasa seperti di rumah. Stafnya 100% senang membantu apa pun yang Anda butuhkan!! Makanannya enak dan saya merasa seperti di vila liburan saya sendiri. Kamar tidurnya besar dan nyaman, kamar mandinya luar biasa, dan tempat tidur/spreinya bagus.
