Excellent hotel with very well behaviour staff,good location ,1 kilometres from railway station, restaurant &good quality excellent,carring staff , awesome hotel, the hospitality are service is good,best hotel in the city

The receptionist is bluffing people in the name of discount. We took a room 3500 for which there was a complimentary breakfast. He offered 30% discount and next morning refused to get complimentary breakfast for us. When asked upon he says he gave discount but you never asked for complimentary breakfast too.. So how is this 30percent disc. I really don't appreciate.. he just adjusted the breakfast amount in bill.. to show they gave disc and breakfast in books but cheating from kitchen side.. wrong assumption to the owner.
