Amazing views and perfect location. There’s free parking which is difficult to find in Snowdonia! The only small downfall was the mattress for the sofa beds are extremely thin and you can feel the springs so no one could sleep on them in all 3 rooms which I booked. But regardless of this, I still give this place a 5 star- they’re amazing people and an amazing hotel. Will stay again

Great hotel, stayed for business meetings etc, Curtis and Shane at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating and couldn’t do enough for me. Room was upgraded free of charge which was very kind and appreciated. The hotel was clean and tidy throughout. Thank you!

The hotel was amazing, very clean and relatively new too. The staff were quite rude when we checked in, and we were pushed back to check in on several occasions. After a long hike on Ben Nevis, we only wanted to check in and relax but the receptionist would continue to push back our check-in from 3 pm to another 10/15 minutes to another... etc.
