Ulasan Hampton by Hilton Doha Old Town

Kami menerima layanan check-in yang sangat buruk dari Amal. Karena kami datang lebih awal ke hotel, kami tidak menerima semua layanan dari hotel. Lokasinya sangat bagus. Sangat dekat dengan metro. Sarapannya enak dan beragam setiap hari. Staf sarapannya sangat ramah.

Tidak apa-apa untuk menginap semalam selama transit di Doha. Sayangnya tidak ada pilihan sarapan yang tersedia bagi yang berangkat lebih awal.

Hotel yang cerdas, bersih, dan nyaman yang terletak di Kota Tua Doha. Kami tiba 3 jam lebih awal, tetapi staf yang luar biasa membuat kami masuk kamar dalam hitungan menit, tanpa basa-basi. Hampton by Hilton, yang terletak dekat dengan Souq Waqif, adalah tempat menginap yang sempurna saat mengunjungi Doha dan harganya sangat terjangkau. Semua staf sangat ramah, kamar kami luas, bersih, dan sangat nyaman, terutama tempat tidurnya. Kamar kami juga memiliki tempat tidur sofa yang nyaman, yang sangat cocok untuk putra kami. Sohor (sarapan) lezat, dan pelayan kami, Omar, sangat bersemangat dan sangat membantu. Emrah, pengawas harian, juga sangat membantu. Kami menikmati masa inap kami dan berharap dapat menginap di sini lagi di masa mendatang.

It was terrible and disgusting. There were bed bugs in room 501! In the morning, my entire body was covered in bites, and they had gotten into our clothes and flown away. My vacation was completely ruined, and I had to spend two days visiting doctors and getting treatment because there were so many bites that I developed an allergic reaction and inflammation. Half of the clothes I wore after washing at 90° were ruined. This was the worst experience I've had with any hotel. Don't stay at this hotel! If you get a 501 number, run!

This hotel offers the comfort you’d expect from Hilton – clean rooms, fast Wi-Fi, and a quality breakfast. The location is also convenient for exploring Doha, highly recommended.

The room was clean and nice but it was a bit too cold for me. And it would be nice if there were amenities for transit customers. The breakfast was amazing!！A good balance of loocal food and familiar dishes. I really enjoyed it.

Pps: Not far from airport. Has access to private beach, but could do with hourly shuttles or something for that. Nice clean hotel, lovely staff. Complimentary water given. Walk in showers for ease, nice run temperature when entered. Neg: Was there for a stop on birthday trip, and was told to them via email and nothing was done to add to the trip. Might be just a thing in the East but unexpected. Breakfast box was fruits and dates as we had an early check out, i shouldve chose a non-breakfast option (if that was available)

Good hotel nice staf

One of the most comfortable hotels we ever stay reason being the bed and pillow allow us to sleep deeply throughout the whole night without waking up. Plus the location to all tourist spots like National Museum of Qatar, Museum of Islamic Art Doha and Souq Waqif. Can complete this route within 2-3hours!

Friendly service and good value. Breakfast is good as well. Located near the National Museum of Qatar.

Booked for 3 nights, but have to check in and check out everyday, which was quite inconvenient.

Had a satisfying experience with Hampton by Hilton. The breakfast was scrumptious.

The room service was bad. They did not change the linens and towels. They did not change the mugs and glass.
