Check In was very straight forward, and they even allowed us to add an extra day using trip.com to book cheaper. Hotel room was very clean and contained everything we needed.

Never staying here again. Grumpy service people.loud yelling in the hallways late at night. No mad service. Extra charges for everything, dining room is too small for the hotel. The breakfast was warm, not hot, no tea or coffee available

The location is excellent and convenient, just walking for about 5 minutes have an enormous shopping mall. The room is quite big and clean.

房間內乾淨衞生，床上用品齊全舒適，周邊有公園，可以休閑散步，離步行街、美食街、商場等很近，還提供免費停車，保安大叔非常熱情負責，幫助指揮停車、指引電梯等等，就是早餐實在是太簡單了，還不便宜！

房間的床單被鋪乾淨，只是地氈有點污糟，廁所有點暗，清潔一般，還有電視接收網絡很差，經常停頓，一點都不流暢。還有免費泊車，但車位不多，還有點迫，但很好的是有一位很細心的保安叔叔指導泊位。

經常出差住酒店很少給差評，斗門舉辦荔枝節訂了這家酒店，辦理入住的前台女生態度極差，表情冷漠不耐煩，訂的房含早餐也不主動告知早餐時間和地點，問了之後還挺不耐煩的回答我們。這家酒店大堂環境還可以，其它很一般。主要是服務差，前台工作人員這種服務態度真正是在趕客啊。
