The hotel is close to the Qatar National Museum and a few other landmarks. Hotel acoommodation is reasonable. It has its own restaurant with excellent but disproportionately expensive food. Customer service is reasonable but there are rooms for improvements.
One negative aspect is, there is a general lack of awareness of health and safety.

The food was really delicious and unique! I especially loved the béchamel pasta and the crispy chicken pane. It was so tasty and well-cooked. Great experience overall!

Check in was slow but staff courteous . Room was filthy . Had not been vacuumed . Dusty . Smelled strongly of smoke . Bathroom filthy and showing wear . Only one towel for two people . No hand towel . One English breakfast teabag and no milk . Will not recommend

I had a fantastic experience with Mohssin! His friendly attitude and quick, efficient service truly impressed me. He was attentive to my needs and made the whole experience enjoyable. very good and clean also sanitized.with complete stuff in shower.you can make your self safe and comportable the way the facilitate during arrival.restaurant very clean and with good personnel accommodating.when you arrive security personnel its very good and humble with polite gesture.front desk also same manners.

Bad hotel, bad service and slow service We booked a room for 3 people and they gave us a room with two single beds They made us stay until 4:30 under the pretext of cleaning the rooms and they were supposed to make us stay at 2 pm They made us suffer and the hotel doesn't even deserve two stars. Ruined nights, tired service, very slow and bad treatment

The room is small but you will feel like home because of the staffs, especially Mr.Fayadh he maintained the room like my home and the wash room is clean and maintained excellent condition, the view of the hotel also fantastic I got the roo sea view and you feel like you are in beach.

Everything is fine, but there is a problem with the bath water. When you take a shower, hot water suddenly comes to you and causes a problem in the body in terms of superficial burns. It requires adjusting the budget of the hot water pump, which is very necessary because it is dangerous for the hotel resident. Thank you.
