Le Mirage City Walk

We live here since almost 2 years and have nothing but nice comments about the entire team who make our life here so comfortable. The reception team is so nice and more than welcoming. Special thanks to Mr. Sherjang and Ms. Shalini for taking good care of our apar**ent. I would also like to mention the rooftop amenities are the best comparing to others.

Comfortable and clean with excellent customer service. Very good for families with excellent amenities.

We stayed in a spacious well-designed one-bedroom flat for about 2 weeks for AFC football games and the fact that we could cook or prepare simple dishes at home was a plus. Building is located few meters from metro station, one block away from a big Supermarket and only 20 mins walk/one metro station from Msheireb area where all the happenings are. Will go back there on my next Doha trip.

That best family residence ever my experience in Adoha ... it is was very enjoyable trip ... I will come for sure again and again ... and I am highly recommend this place to every person in my family to come in ... nice clean alot of activities close to the metro and Alulu market

Large and very clean rooms. Metro station is nearby if you planning to take public transportation.

Fantastic place to stay. Great facilities, very good housekeeping and concierge. Close to a supermarket and the metro. Just needs some balcony furniture and a coffee machine. It’s 10/10 but that would make it 12/10!!

I stayed here for 9 months and find the management of the property extremely bad. When I posted the previous bad review below I was contacted almost immediately by the property asking me to remove the review because it reflected badly on the property. Now I have left the property and as can be seen in other reviews the property does not refund the deposit that was kept. After a week of leaving the property I was informed that everything was in order and there will be no deductions off the deposit the when querying when I can expect a refund I was advised within 2 weeks. Having made plans on that when following up on the deposit after 3 weeks of check out I’m informed that it hasn’t been signed by the owners. So it seems the owners just take your money and spend it themselves. This is ridiculous as they will pester you for payment prior to month end but then cannot pay back your deposit which is a full month’s rent. That’s a very large sum of money to be out of pocket for and the property management does not care. They advertise as a Marriott but are not yet under the Marriott’s name and service and are just generally poor at managing the properties. There are better managed properties in West Bay. Rather go there than use Le Mirage. The property itself is very good. Lots of amenities such as pool and gym however the sales and leasing team is atrocious. You are informed that you cannot do renewals through reception and have to contact a sales team member. This person responds at their will then expects you to fall into their schedule for when they are available. You must take time out of your schedule to suit them and they will lock you out your apar**ent if you do not meet the sales and marketing teams schedule after they refuse to reply to an email for 3 days then try and WhatsApp their reply on a weekend non-banking day over a holiday weekend. Why one cannot just work through reception like most other properties baffles me but because of this it makes the property arduous to make any leasing agreement with. They also surcharge credit card payments and are more cared about if the money is in than the guest.

le mirage city walk is excellent specially with regards to the staff. They assisting the guests with a smile and so polite. I liked the way Jobelle assisting us during our stay there and she is so friendly with my daughter. I liked her 😊 and the facilities are great. 😊
