Staff are brilliant, so attentive and great with the kids. It’s our first time here and we will definitely come back. Hotel is clean and food is great. Entertainment programme is good for the kids. Can’t fault it at all! Thanks all for making our holiday so enjoyable x

The entertainment staff are great always friendly and helpful All the staff make time for everyone and make sure you have a brilliant holiday . We have found from the cleaners to the hotel manager they will always try to help Also decent choice of food if there's nothing you like ask and they will try to accommodate you

Good hotel, good food attentive staff, but staff seem to make money off activities like football for 1 hr was 500TL (£12.50) pp so dad and 2 boys would be £37.50 which is extortionate. Bingo was 600 TL roughly £15 when it’s on 3/4 times a week it’s a lot if you want to play, that’s the only negative really we just didnt partake,”.

Ozzy the entertainer , is absolutely outstanding, very confident and polite , and always encouraging children and adults to get involved in activities, 5 star rating for entertainment. Hotel all round is good , very happy family Will come back!!!!

Entertainment team are spot on good laugh and enjoyed ourselves! Family come every year but it was my first time and it’s been a pleasure!! Sun is hot beer is cold what more do you want! Don’t want to go home!! Definitely recommend for a funny time !

Husain was a credit to your hotel n the canteen staff were excellent the whole complex was very friendly and helpful Really enjoyed our stay here all the staff helped a lots maybe see you all again love to see you all in future all the best for future

Weve done a week here and had a great time. The entertainment staff are fab - so lovely with the children - especially those who appreciate more of a fuss. The food was good and the chef was there all the time to say hello and made food especially for a young boy who had allergies and kept checking he was OK. The more you get involved, speak to people, have a laugh you will enjoy it. I came with my young niece who was not v confident to start with and now going off with other youngsters and enjoying herself. Safe boxes are in a room in reception (£10 a week) bring extension lead as not many sockets in room. Try ask for a pool view. Lovely way to start the day. Thanks to everyone at Esra

Had a very enjoyable holiday at esra Hotel. Facilities are excellent staff amazing friendliest most helpful of any Hotel I've stayed in. Special mention for Memet head waiter in the restaurant , and his staff nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The entertainment team worked hard to keep everyone happy. Three south facing pools ,which catch the sun all day. We were just a couple (old) but the facilities for children were very good. If you don't mind walking you don't need a taxi the main beach and restaurants are reachable only an easy 15 minute stroll away.

cant fault the staff. or the food, always something available even for the fussiest of eaters. Chef is always checking on the food and how it is being received by the diners. Entertainment team put themselves out for you. particularly Husaine who organises foot ball matches for those who wish to play at eleven o clock at night this of course is followed by a visit to the pub. I must mention the Jet 2 rep who was always on duty and available not that we had any cause for concern. All in all a very peasant 14 days
