Lokasi adalah daerah yang sangat baik, sangat tenang. Satu-satunya ketidaknyamanan adalah:
-Pada malam ke-4, langit-langit kamar mandi bocor air dan kami harus dipindahkan ke kamar lain.
- Harus menelepon layanan tamu untuk meminta handuk segar baru dan barang-barang lainnya karena rumah tangga tidak memeriksa kamar setiap hari.
- Tidak ada sarapan panas. Hanya beberapa "barang yang harus dibawa".
-Hampir tidak ada air dingin di kamar mandi.

Lokasi bagus dekat pusat perbelanjaan yang bagus dengan restoran dan toko yang bagus. Kamar yang nyaman. Sayangnya, sarapan gratis sangat minim; kotak sarapan dengan sebagian besar karbohidrat dan gula. Ugh.

What a joke. Canceled reservation to house migrants because the State has no limits on pricing. They give them free food and shelter and citizens including veterans do;t have a place to stay and reduces overall rooms in the area so price goes up. What a joke. Greedy hotel housing undocumented migrants, 235 elm st is Fairfield Marriott. Never stay with them.

The only positives were that the room was an adequate size and breakfast buffet was ok. Other than that, this was not at all up to Marriott standards. Rooms and halls smelled awful. Bldg itself was falling apart. Super run down. Pictures online did not represent at all what the hotel looked like inside or out.

This hotel was awful. There were ANTS in the room and there were wet towels left in the refrigerator when we first walked in the room. The air in the whole place was damp and the halls were sprayed with excessive, overpowering air freshener to mask the mold smell. The ceiling had patches from leaks. We did not expect luxury, but at least the rooms should be basically sanitary and well serviced. It felt like you would get a disease from this place. I would never stay here again, even for FREE. Total waste of money and unpleasant experience.

I booked three rooms (in February!) for my fathers 80th Birthday party on September 23. . Family traveled from afar to attended . Boston area hotels book up quickly and they are expensive. I received an email on SEPTEMBER 13 that my rooms were CANCELED. NO explanation/instructions or offer to help re book. I called the hotel directly and a man told me that all reservations were canceled. “The cancellation is to house the migrants “. “The state took us over” The state doesn’t “take over “ with out an agreement from the hotel. I called Marriot Bonvey and they re booked me in another hotel and I had to pay more !!!! No reply from Marriot. No reply from the Fairfield Inn. No apologies (although they said I received an apology in email which I did not). I can’t believe the poor way in which this hotel and Marriot hotels treated us and the very bad position they put us in. And then blamed the state. So our taxes are paying for the higher end hotels for migrants AND I had to pay more myself for my family to have housing. This is crazy.
