My experience at the hotel was very pleasant, mostly because of most of the workers since the hotel was with very few people staying, at the level of facilities was very pleasant but many not working or closed for the season, at the restaurant level the food was standard the hot part, good salads and Turkish varieties, It was my first time in Turkey and people like: Egehan Batuhan Ersen Alper Mesut Fatma Filip They made me and my father feel at home, very grateful to everyone, especially to these people who were always attentive and aware of us. See you next season

The hotel shall be advertised as "for family with kids" because it was completely full. If you are single and looking to spend some romantic holiday with your boyfriend/girlfriend and to disconnect from the loud cities to enjoy some relaxing beach and peaceful days, then this is not your hotel. You wont find a moment where children wont be crying or shouting. In addition the hotel should not be considered 5 stars but rather 3-4 stars. I have been to Flora Garden in Antalya and this hotel is nothing like it. See pictures attached. The good thing of it is the food (which is quite often amazing in Turkey) and the crew who are very polite and efficient. Other than that the hotel rooms are small and of bad quality. We asked to be changed to a second room but the result was the same. The beach is not private but public, the hotel just have a tiny area which is always crowded. We even had to buy our own umbrella for the sun somewhere else to be a bit more isolated. Definately not the best place where I have been jn Turkey.

We booked a last min holiday through jet 2 and got a good deal, the hotel was advertised as a 3 star on there and i’ve always done 4/5 but I read the reviews and hoped for the best, firstly it’s in a lovely part of turkey and the main town about 20 min on a bus kusadasi is lovely, some nice places to eat. when we arrived at the hotel our room was ready and we where showed to it, it was clean and enough space for the 3 of us, 2 adults and a 3 year old. the pools where great for my little boy especially the little kids pool. the food was ok enough choice but like all all inclusive they get boring and we did go out a few days which we would always do on holiday, the staff where nice and always there to help, only thing i would say is they don’t always serve drinks at your table and you have to go to the bar yourself. they had entertainment on a evening which was good for my 3 year old, we also walked along the beach walk way every night which was nice. we did go on the hotels beach a lot and found there where plenty sunbeds and nobody bothered you while on the beach, we did a boat trip through our jet 2 rep at the hotel and that was great. I would defo return at the price we paid and my little boy fully enjoyed his week away. another thing i liked we wasn’t hassled like other areas of turkey i’ve been to, this is a lot more laid back.

I had a fantastic experience at Flora Garden Ephesus. The hotel offers a relaxing atmosphere with beautifully maintained gardens and direct beach access. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with modern amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Especially barista Ebru and quality manager of the hotel I especially enjoyed the delicious variety of food and the stunning sea views. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Absolutely love this place from entering reception the staff were all amazing a credit to the hotel .As it was Valentine weekend the reception Decor was stunning they made a real effort fabulous. The room was spotless the channels on the Tv were the best plenty of film channels if you fancy a quite night. Plenty of choice in the restaurant could not fault anything. Diffinately will be going again. There is nothing outside of the hotel like bars and restaurants but some good costal walks

Staff are good, meals are delicious, cleaning is in place. Place is arounded with green plants (gardens) and has exit to the sea. Swimming pool is not so big, it works. Recommended to visit to the hotel, there are so many child show daily, it makes family member happy Special thank to Casper

This was an amazing holiday! The hotel is beautiful, cozy, with clean rooms, wonderful food and drinks. The staff are helpful, kind and very nice. We lived the animations for the kids, as well as the great shows that were happening in the evenings. The desserts were fantastic, not too sweet, very posh. Also, what we loved was the view- the sea and the mountains in one view, the closeness of the beach and the fact that there was always an empty space in the beach to take. The pools are great too, with lots of space for everyone, with clean water and the snack bar near them. The choice of good was really great, and everything was very tasty. We recommend this place to anyone, regardless of whether you go alone, as a couple or a family. This place and these people will help you relax completely and recharge. We will most definitely go back there!

Very good hotel with lots of facilities, something for everyone, attentive staff, extremely welcoming and friendly. Very clean all the time. Osman and Yadiker were especially helpful. Would definitely visit again. I highly recommend.
