Ulasan Holiday Inn Express London - Dartford

Stayed here many times before. Well located near Dartford crossing. Rooms clean and like the modern TV that you can stream to. On check-in your experience will depend on who does it. We waited while someone else was been checked in, they were asked where they would prefer stay and told about facilities. Someone else checked us in and basically gave us a key card. Breakfast standard and easy parking, which is charged.

This hotel brings joy to me each time I stay there. Their breakfast was amazing. The sausages tendered their juices and variety was in point. I would recommend this hotel any time to anyone looking for a good hotel in the Dartford area .

Holiday Inn Express Dartford is very similar to other Holiday Inn Express we have stayed in. The check in service was good and I was offered a drink on the house while waiting to be checked in. Karen at the check in desk was very helpful, showed me the available rooms and explained other options, provide additional towels when requested. The hotel appeared fairly full. Also when requested they extended our stay and check out to noon rather than 11am. So, it appears a better value than other similar chains, especially since in offers breakfast, whereas other places you have to pay extra for breakfast

I have booked it for a friend and my friend detected illness and had to take a serious operation hence she couldn’t go to the trip. I didn’t get any notice from the hotel to check whether I would stay or not. In the end I was charged full price without staying there. Room very basic and needed a clean went to get a beer from the bar after ordering the man said card only I only had cash so no beer for me needs a revamp

Had a brief over night stay, on the whole good for the money. Tho a couple of things : 1. Didn't know had to pay for parking 2. Heater took ages to work out, and get warm 3. No TV remote 4. Couldn't get out of car park for the shear volume of large gas canisters in the road Breakfast was good value and plentiful Staff were pleasant and helpful

We llove the hotel room very clean and cheap price including breakfast. But the location is far from London and default google maps was wrong, we went to wrong holiday in :( then took the taxi to go again till late. Room phone is broken couldn’t call reception WiFi good

Honestly staff were amazing from the get go and really helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better team. We booked through trip.com but the hotel didn’t get the details of my 1 year old and a cot however they were able to work around that at short notice and all staff were friendly to my little boy.

The receptionist called Claire was very kind.
