Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Enjoyed our stay at Sinclairs Darjeeling. Property is old but still the view from the galleries is beautiful. Food was OK. No elevator. All in all a good experience and worth the money paid. House keeping team Sunita and Anju did a great job. Will visit again.

We chose Sinclairs to reunite with our friends and family after a long time, and it turned out to be a good decision. The hotel amenities and staffs never disappointed us. Kids liked the play room. They tried to accomodate all of our needs and trust me we asked for lot of favours ! We would like specially thank Anil,Pawan,Pravesh And Pragya for their excellent support and care.

The staff here is really welcoming, not one time we felt like an outsider. They all welcomed us like family and were really helpful. I am travelling with kids and they all looked after them time to time making sure all of us had an excellent experience. Smriti, Vivek and Marcus were the best amongst all of them.
