A heaven in hills "Darjeeling" exceeded our expectations in every way. From the general manager to the housekeeping staff ensured that our stay was comfortable. Elegant rooms were small but comfortable. Compared to other Sinclairs hotels. The staff from restaurant Vivek, Markus Sankar Jeewan and Kiran were all worth mentioning. We will visit again.

We had a lovely stay! Our room was comfy, clean and we had service every day. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast and service was nice and fast. I would highly recommend this hotel.and special thanks to Mr Zigmee Mr Yogen Ms pragya and sanjok from front desk and Mr.Anil .pravesh Marcus and pawan from restaurant ..and also thanks to all the chef and housekeeping team like sanita ,Anita and bhawana

I recently had the pleaseure of staying at the Sinclairs hotel Darjeeling and I must say it was an unforgettable experience! The hotels staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfortable stay. The hotel’s amenities and location were equally impressive, but it was the staff’s behaviour and service that made our stay truly memorable. I would like to mention the efforts of Mr. Marcus Mr Vivek Pravesh and Pawan from the restaurant.

All services are excellent and all staffs are very co-operative and good. Food is also very good. The behaviour of the hotel staffs are excellent. Their services are really mind blowing. We enjoyed are stay here very good. Rooms are also very good and site seeing from our rooms are also very interesting. Thanks to all.

Had a great stat at Sinclairs -Darjeeling, with family including kids. Near and clean rooms. Our rooms/ balcony offered a great view of Kanchenjunga hills. Delicious food and great behaviour from staff. They prepared the food according to our needs which was helpfull for our kids. Kids really enjoyed the play zone and game zone. Sight seeing and pick up from airport was arranged by the staff with reasonable rates. The prime location makes easy access to Mall road and toy train station. All the staff were very polite and attentive to our requirements. A big thanks to all team.

We stayed at Sinclairs Darjeeling recently and it was a very comfortable stay. My family enjoyed here, we got the view from our room, it was so mesmerizing. We wolu love to come again here. The staff were so helpful and the hospitality was great. Thank you all..

Great as usual. Know the organisation since 1995. Breakfast is excellent. All stars for hospitality. This one needs no mention or any comments. They are the best. The view the service and everything inside out. The beakfast will keep you going till bedtime. The staff are amazing . Few special mention goes to anil, pawan and rehnuma will be there to take care of any issues that u need. The rooms are uber comfortable. U can literaly watch the entire kanchendzonga range sleeping in your bed.

The overall experience was great. The taste, quality and quantity of the food was all up to the mark and the hospitality of all the staff was exceptional. Especially Pragya di at the reception, she was great and always ready to help. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will definately visit again.
