The first room that was given to me smells bad, so I have it changed. The room is spacious and clean, I just don't like the smell. The keycard was not always working. I need to activate it every now and then. On the kther hand, I like the breaksfast and their fitness center.

Air conditioning runs very loud and hotel is right by highway which is very noisy. Did not sleep well due to noise. Only one elevator is working, one is still under construction. Elevator is old.

The staff was friendly and hospitable. BUT they have 6 floors, one working elevator, a busted office center (computer/copier didnt work) and they are in the middle of construction.
And dont forget to "tell" them you want a cleaned room. Im not kidding...no garbage, no cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, clean towels...nothing unless you schedule it.
I have no problem with upgrading your facility or changing your housekeeping service. I do have a problem with paying in full for a hotel experience without being told in advance that they were under construction and all of the current non working issues. Communicate and let your customer decide if that is what they are willing to work with for the price.

The hotel is in the process of renovation. One elevator worked. They should add cameras to the floors for added security. There should be an ice closet for each floor as well. The breakfast had a nice variety. The a/c unit makes a lot of noise. The staff was friendly. The beds were comfy but the hotel cleaning ladies need to actually change the linen between each stay! Had to sleep on my own linen. Saw her just fixing a bed of someone who checked out, disgusting & unsanitary.

The room was perfect, but the property was very very under construction, this was not listed in the listing. There was loud banging all day, the pool was unusable.

There’s construction going on at the hotel it’s very loud all day long you’re unable to relax until after 1900 talking with a housekeeper they have been down to one elevator for over a year the night manager was asked about the gates around the property she stated they close at 2100 that’s not the case at all they do stay open all night

Not so great. It's under construction as of Feb 2024 (major remodeling), and heavy equipment and materials took up much of the parking lot. We got Styrofoam blown into our hair, and the pool was filled with pieces. Our windows were covered with plastic, so we couldn't see out. Be aware that not all rooms have an L-shaped sofa. All plugs in our room didn't work, maid service never came, and only one elevator worked, so long waits. Everything was a bit old and run-down. Not my usual experience with Hyatt Place.

Hotel was under construction with only 1 elevator working. The color working elevator was also in need of attention. The floor we stayed on smelled like cigarette smoke although it’s supposed to be a nonsmoking hotel. All the occupants were VERY loud. Our room was nice but with it being so close to the highway, the road noise was an issue

Entry door wasn't secure, even with the lock in place didn't feel safe. Bathroom stains in tub. Hotel currently under construction in parts of hotel. Good water pressure and heated. Breakfast wasn't good. Not like other Hyatt we stayed before.
