Overall the room was great and spacious. The location is well situated and easily accessible to shopping and dining options. Unfortunately the elevators had issues and needed to wait long times to come and go.

The hotel lived up to my expectations. Not only was it clean and aesthetically pleasing, but the service was great. I'd recommend any one traveling to Dallas to stay here.

As soon as we pulled up to the property we were blown away by how beautiful the building is. Check in was a breeze, thanks to the kind staff members who seemed pretty knowledgeable of the hotel standards and regulations.
Massively spacious area, with stylish and comfy seating all around. The dining area and bar were magnificent. I have to say the elevators were so smooth and fast. I was impressed with the elevators and highly satisfied with them.
Our room was very clean and the bed was like a cloud! Only thing I would complain about is our room temperature would never get below 72 degrees even at night. We were a bit uncomfortable at night. Didn't put too big of a damper on our stay though.
They did have a water break on our second night there and they had a crew in to fix it immediately. It had a big impact on me that they got plumbers so fast and had different service crews there to help with clean up. Very timely.
Walk right across the street to get into the Galleria was fast and easy as well.
Will definitely be staying here again!!
