Hello team awesome experience I was worried about my stay in hotel snow ark Dalhousie but my stay in hotel is quite comfortable i requested for valley view room at reception and they give me best room I booked deluxe room with breakfast, breakfast was too good highly recommended this hotel to everyone hotel is near to Gandhi chowk on Radha Soami road. special thanks to team Make my trip for made my trip memorable 🙏❤️

Few pros: rooms were good, spacious and have seneric view. Washrooms were clean and fitted with jaquar bath accessories. Staff members were polite. Few cons: first of all the location of this property mentioned in mm t map was wrong mainly because of wrong location marked in google maps which later on had been edited by me in google maps during my stay there. Secondly mobile number of the concerned person shared by mm t on the vouchers was of some other person of other hotel property. Somehow, after lot of struggle we managed to obtain correct mobile number of the concerned person but then no one picked the phone resulting in wastage of 1 hour. After connoting him, we asked him to share the location of the hotel which he did. On reaching the hotel we found that the property is in isolated place and also there was no board mentioning the name of the hotel which makes us dubious about the genuinity of the hotel. Moreover, there were no professionalism among the members/staff over there may be they were overburden as the hotel is operating with very little staff. No housekeeping in my room during my two nights stay there in the hotel. One day they forgot to cater us dinner and then after 3 reminders they arrange some food quite late at 10:30 pm. During our stay power cuts were frequent and there is no provision for power backup resulting in complete blackout. Only single towel was offered but we didn't ask for another since we were carrying our own towels with us. Bedsheets and pillow covers were not clean and have stains on them. However, on our request they changed the bedsheet. Room allotted to us was good but door lock was very loose and anyone can open it with some force. I have booked many vacations with mm t and all went great but this is the first time my experience with mm t was bitter.
