Lovely hotel, but try staying poolside, cus our room was facing a nightclub and was very noisy, but that’s my only complaint

Great Hotel ! Beds were comfortable ! Had a room facing the pool very quiet with a large balcony! Central to Old Town plenty of shops, eateries and bars . The staff were very pleasant and helpful 😀 Would definitely book again ! Lots to do in Benidorm

Stayed here for 2 nights with a friend hotel staff lovely very helpful and always a friendly face hotel is beautiful and clean location is great in the heart of everything if coming back to benidorm I would definitely stay here again 😁. We paid for late checkout and we got until 6pm which was great for us ,

Stayed here from 8th - 11th April 2024 as a group of 9 for a hen party. Cannot fault the hotel one bit! It was spotless and every surface was sparkling the housekeeping staff do an amazing job and are extremely friendly. Every single staff member was fantastic with us all, and every single one always had a smile on their faces and couldn’t do enough for you. There’s one member of staff in particular (I think he may have been the chef) I wasn’t sure of his name but he was going around singing “happy happy okay happy happy” every single day especially during breakfast which I thought was fantastic such a happy gentleman definitely made us all smile in the mornings. The breakfast choice was fantastic and a huge selection on offer and every single one of us always managed to find something we liked for breakfast. We also purchased food on the last day before our transfer arrived and the chef put little love hearts in the cheese on 2 members of our groups food which I thought was a fab little touch to make the food a little different. Honestly would highly recommend this hotel altho maybe not for young children as it is mainly stags/hens and big groups. We all had street view rooms and the noise wasn’t loud at all altho we weren’t there during “peak” season.

The staff are absolutely brilliant i was really ill and they went above and beyond to help and make sure i was ok hotel is lovely and clean rooms are lovely pool is nice breakfast had a wide variety and was very nice all in all we had a brilliant time here 😀😊

Perfect! Used this hotel whilst visiting Benidorm for my hen. Perfect hotel for this, maybe not the best if you’re looking for a peaceful break. Book pool side rooms if you can as other members of party said street side rooms where quite noisy due to clubs open up to 7am. Staff were fantastic. Bar staff especially are super friendly and always happy to help.

Just alright , it’s two star , staff is nice , but you can tell it’s a two star .. if you like sleep this is not the hotel is not for you , I had to move room which cost 12 euro to face pool .. as I was facing front bar that stays open till 7am .. boom boom boom all night long .. once moved was a little quieter .. beds hard and as see better days , but it’s a two star .. i spent my last night in a different hotel , which was great . But if your young and don’t mine noise and uncomfortable beds this is for you lol

Average hotel that’s in a great location for all the best bars. The rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. The staff are really nice and helpful. The pool is a good size but loses the sun during the afternoon. The only downside is the noise from the many stag and hen do’s at the hotel, also the outside clubs and bars noise. However I think it’s the cost is very good value for money.

Our 2nd stay at this hotel, this time a group of 11 lads for 5 nights, we arrived at 1am and checked in ok although I asked for a safe but for whatever rubbish reason was told that they couldn’t sort it out until the following morning (luckily I went back and got the safe) One of the party in a different room hid his money inside a bag in the room (should have paid for a safe), went out the next morning and when he returned, his money and cigarettes were both gone, looking back he said the maid was acting strange but at the time didn’t think too much of it. This was reported to reception and to say they were not interested is an understatement, said they would check the corridor CCTV but they were never going to come out of the room waving it about. This was clearly done by staff of the hotel and no one was interested in the slightest. Anyone staying here should note that the room doors (at least on the 2nd floor which we were on) do not close behind you, you think they have but stop short by a few millimetres, you have to physically pull the door shut, we walked along the corridor at various times to see numerous doors in this position. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was not a deliberate act so access could be gained to rooms by undesirable people, it had been one door then possibly a fault but it appeared that they were all set up not to close. The hotel is in a cracking location close to the square but my advice would be to have your wits about you or you could be victims to what seems to be planned sinister actions I know people will say always check your doors but I have stayed in many many hotel rooms over the years and never seen suspicion like this…….you have been warned
