Everything was excellent stay was very pleasent only thing about the restaurant was the smell of non-veg and eggs was irritating for us as we are a pure veg family… so we ordered the food at our room. Staff was very cordial specially Sonu thakur and ***n Kumar helped us find the right things and were very gentle in their reply.

Room had the beautiful view of the valley from the balconies . Food was great and staff was really helpful. 10/10 for this property. Location was superb.Its d city centre. Mall road , is just walking distance which is full of local shops and food

The overall experience was pleasant. The staff is very prompt and responsive. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and the reparation was to the point. Sonu ji, Ravinder ji, ***n ji were on toes to serve at their best. Pavan ji and Chef Mulayam ji cooked the best food for us. Want to mention Pavan ji for his Pasta which was the best pasta Iv ever had.

Very nice & well maintained hotel with a scenic view of snow peaks and vally from balcony. With Warm hospitality of all staff , rooms, restaurant are well maintained. Live singing perfor***ce on deck was really joyful. Food and service was excellent. All is excellent. Service at restaurant was excellent.

The experience was excellent. The rooms are clean, neatly kept. View from the hotel is breathtaking. I must commend the staff for their exceptional service. Every interaction, whether at the front desk or in the restaurant, was characterized by genuine friendliness and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. It's evident that the team takes great pride in their work, and their dedication to creating a positive guest experience shines through in every interaction. The culinary offerings were a delight. Traditionally cooked food suiting our needs. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a first-class stay. Highly recommended. Worth the money spent!!

Everthing is orsam , room, staff, hospitality, food, when we entered the premises of hotel the receptionist who attend us is so professional. Every staff member always remains on their toes to facilitate guests. I give ******ed out of hundred to this hotel

a very good hotel in dalhousie. there is a lot of parking space in the hotel with safe car. a very good welcome drinks on f/ desk. a great velly view from the room . very clean room. all the beverage team are very polite and helpful . very nice food in the buffet. the service person was very good. thank you
