Price is affordable, place quite near Dalat centre

Nice and cosy big size room with city view as we stay at 5th floor. Very near to town. Rented a motorbike from the hotel for travel. Definitely will book this hotel again.

Awesome hotel. One of the cheapest of Da Lat but it doesn't mean anything! Very clean room, coffee, water, toothbrush, etc. They're all very nice at the reception and they speak English as well. Free parking for scooters and cars.

Beautiful and cozy hotel, the room was big enough for two persons, we had a very beautiful window and a balcony with a great view. The staff is friendly. One disadvantage is that the drain in the bathroom worked poorly.

The room is spacious and relatively clean, the price is reasonable, the parking space is quite inconvenient, if you have parked your car and another car arrives, the staff will ask you to get off to park again, my car is a Ranger so it is quite big compared to other cars, to avoid being called to bother my family, I parked on the sidewalk next to the hotel. The bathroom design is not very reasonable, every time I finish showering, the water overflows all over the bathroom, making it slippery.

Pros: - The hotel has a very large yard, suitable for families traveling by car, with parking for several cars. There is also a basement for motorbikes. - Quite close to the center (about 3km or less) - The road is quite wide and quiet - Friendly, enthusiastic staff - New, clean rooms, clean toilets - Next to the headquarters, so you can rest assured about security - Two frontages, Trieu Viet Vuong and Ngo Thi Sy - Next to it are many cheap and delicious restaurants, I recommend the banh can restaurant on Ngo Thi Sy street, about 20m away Cons: - If you don't close the door, the noise from the cars outside will be quite loud - Each room only has one card, a bit inconvenient to get in and out if someone wants to stay home, someone wants to go out - I booked two rooms, a double room at Trip and the remaining room 4 on another site. Room 4 is quite spacious and comfortable. The double room is a bit narrow, and some rooms have blocked views (not mine but I saw the room next door had a wall view)

I recently stayed at Duy Long hotel and unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory experience. The hotel itself was fine, but the customer service was disappointing. When checking out, I was asked by the manager to pay for the bed sheet because of a small stain on it. I explained that it was just a small, accidental stain that did not affect the quality or cleanliness of the bed sheet, but they still insisted that I pay. The manager's approach was very rigid and unsympathetic, which made me even more frustrated. I have stayed at many other hotels before, and such small issues have never been an issue. It is disappointing that they chose to handle it this way instead of finding a more reasonable solution. I expected more from a hotel that advertises quality and hospitality. Unfortunately, I left feeling more frustrated than satisfied. I will not be returning and would advise anyone to think twice before booking a room here.

The appearance of the hotel is pretty good, but the sound insulation effect is very poor. There is a vegetarian buffet diagonally opposite which is very good
