Happy having chosen this hotel. Reasonably priced for such comfortable hotel with good location.

Nice hotel, generally within 500 meter radius you can find everything, from cafes to pubs to the night market & shops. Breakfast is generous. Staff are very polite, helpful & friendly. It's a tourist hotel so be prepared for noises & loud conversations . Not the hotel fault, just the guests. We had a room next to the lift & we didn't get to sleep due to the noises from guests talking & laughing & hauling luggage. Also sounds from the streets till wee hours because the window is not soundproof. So do ask for room that's away from the lift area & not facing the street. Everything else is fine.

It's a hotel located in the middle of the city, so the surrounding area is noisy, but it's a good place because there are many convenient facilities. Above all, the bed was very comfortable, so I slept well.

There was too much mold in the room, and it was not cleaned up. The whole room was filled with a musty smell. Ctrip's price had no advantage, and the cost performance was really not high.

The location of the hotel is OK, but the room is too humid, the musty smell is strong, and there is a lot of mold on the doors and windows. The price-performance ratio is not high. The platform price is a little higher than the front desk price…

This hotel in Dalat, Vietnam is in a very good location, close to the downtown, night market and Xuan Huong Lake. The hotel has complete facilities, rich breakfast, and thoughtful service, calling taxis for us, ordering long-distance bus tickets, etc. In short, it is cheap and good, highly recommended!

Everything in the hotel is pretty good but the soundproofing is pretty bad...whatever is said in this room, the next room can hear hahaa

A very refined business hotel, located in the center of Da Lat, just a few minutes' walk to the Da Lat night market, but the room is not air-conditioned, but it doesn't feel cold, so you can rest assured.

This hotel has a beautiful and large lobby. Everything here is big and clean. We stayed 2 nights in this comfortable hotel away from the hustle and bustle of city, but within walking distance to the lake and vibrant night activities in central. Our 2 rooms came with private balconies providing nice city views. The rooms were clean and bright, with very comfortable beds providing a good night's sleep. Our ala carte breakfast was delicious with local and western cuisines. We love this hotel because of the excellent services provided, notably by the front office staff. They were helpful, cordial and speak good English. A unique experience indeed - the hotel prepares and brews tea at it's lobby where guests can watch and sample the aromatic flavour of it's premium brand of DOIDEP Vietnamese tea. What a joy!
