Ulasan Cordial Grand Hotel and Apartment

Semua staf sangat ramah dan kamarnya sederhana. Kolam renang atapnya fantastis dan memiliki bagian depan di bagian atas.

Lokasinya bagus karena banyak hotel di dekat pantai, dan banyak mart dan restoran di dekatnya, jadi banyak hal yang bisa dinikmati. Ini bukan hotel yang besar, tetapi fasilitasnya bersih dan stafnya sangat ramah. Ini adalah nilai terbaik untuk uang hotel.

Staf sangat ramah. Anda banyak membantu saya dengan perjalanan saya.

The pics in the king studio shows bathtub which isn’t the case. No bathtub in the room. False advertisement! Breakfast they don’t refill! Coffee is cold! Just not satisfied for paying double what I did and not get what I had expected! Pool view is nice for sure!

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, the buffet breakfast was really good and the staff was pleasant and friendly.

Staff not so friendly, and the swimming pool if not renovate please clean it has molds everywhere... Nice pool but very dirty

This is my first visit to Da Nang with my family, and I chose to stay in the Cordial Grand Hotel because of the location. The location of the hotel is about 20 minutes by car from the airport. I reserved 2 luxury twjn bed room for our stay which is 2 double beds in room. There is smart tv which is really amazing, as I dont understand vietnamese so I can watch youtube lol. Btw, I appreciate the lady in front desk (sorry, forgot her name) who checked me in for arranging us 2 rooms on the same floor and next to each other. In addition, I would like to say thank you to Joey at the front desk for his hospitality. He is professional, and provided me an useful information of my iternary. And the waitress in the restaurant, thank you for serving us every morning :) The swimming pool is also great, it must be my favorite facility in here, and I really enjoy my time here.

Very near to the sea side with a lot of restaurants nearby. Can use google map to visit places easy

This my second time stay at this hotel, very good location, receptionist hana and joey who provide excellent service to me, talkative, helpful and they like keep their smile when they serve you, let me feel very warm like home, really appreciate hana and joey, so i will travel danang and stay in this hotel again on November, really like this city👍👍👍

The rate is attractive and room is super BIG.Water pressure and heater is also v good.But it’s a pity that the corner of the tubs are not sealed and no shower curtains.toilet usually very wet after shower. Gym is terrible and dangerous.one weight station ,2 treadmill and an ancient bicycle.all not maintained!careful!
