Enjoyed our stay at the Double Tree. The only issue I had was being charged for parking. Where else are we supposed to park?

Horrible service one of my rooms didn’t have cable tv no ironing board and there was hair in the sink.

4:40 the room isnt ready, I have to pick a room thats not my preference due to the situation. Checking in line was awful slow and long

Horrible staff took over an hour to check in and with all the issues when I spoke to management next morning I was told they cannot refund me they can only offer me free breakfast . Unexceptionable for a hotel of this size to not treat its customers better . No sorry just here is some free food

dining room - the grill was broken. Conference on Thursday- Friday＞ only lunch buffet available on Friday. Participants of the conference walked to the shopping mall for lunch.

Greeted by a fat roach scurrying into the bathroom upon entering my room. Several more seen by the fridge in my room as well. Colleagues of mine also reported seeing roaches in their rooms as well. Additionally some, BDSM conference (Northwest Leather Celebration) was being held this weekend and the meeting rooms near my room were filled with loud moaning, screaming, and grunting from multiple people. Finally, as a single woman traveling alone I find it concerning that at 7 pm I had someone knocking at my room door claiming to be an engineer sent to fix my AC, stating I had made a request for it (I did not). I did not answer the door. Not a comfortable stay.

Horrible experience. Our room got downgraded and didn’t get reimbursed. The bed was dirty and stained, plus spiders in the bed!

They had a problem at the hotel, and they canceled my room. The worst thing was, they wouldn’t even try to help me find a room at another hotel even though there was a sister Hilton hotel less than a mile away.

When I arrived to the hotel they told me the didn’t have a room for me due to “gas leak” and they did not have an alternative option for me to stay.
