We did our best to let you stay longer without rushing you, thanks to another guest moving in later. But we get it—this could’ve been communicated way better. That’s on us.About the 30-minute wait to clean your room—totally not okay. We know your time is precious, and we hate that we caused you to be late. We’ve already huddled with the team to make sure we speed things up next time.And while we offered a ride to the airport to make amends, we respect your choice to stick with your plans and enjoy the spa instead (hope it was amazing, by the way!).One more thing—our team works hard to make every guest’s stay amazing.
