Disappointing experience after reading the description of the property. The hotel looked amazing when driving up during the snow. We were not there to ski but staying at the hotel as vising family last minute.
Negatives
Person on reception spoke little English and the welcome package was limited. No mention of WIFI, leisure facilities, check out time. Restaurant/bar closed at 8pm on a Friday, only able to use leisure facilities between 5pm to 9pm. No reception support after 8pm.
Our room (101) was right next to reception/lift/stairs. We asked if we could have another room as it was so noisy, but no support offered.
Positives
- Breakfast next morning was good though.
- Location if skiing is very good (walking)
Overall
3-star level hotel with 2-star service & experience.

There’s nobody in the reception area ever. Always have to ring. No information upon check in. We had cold water in a shower and there was nobody to talk to. Terrible experience and huge rip off

This hotel is worth staying. I’d love to admit that the room was pretty spacious and clean overlooking the marvellous landscapes.
The staff was really friendly and helpful whereas the overall a**osphere, convenient location and cozy facilities couldn’t leave us unsatisfied or impartial.
I do recommend this hotel for other guests!

The views and location were very nice, from the balcony I could see the Tatar mountains! The room was spacious and it wasn’t a problem to find a nice spot for my two dogs. It was clean (only on the balcony there was a can with cigarette butts that should have been thrown away before a new guest arrives) and comfortable. What made the hotel stand out was the warm welcome and the friendliness of the receptionist who could also give advice on nearby hiking trails. Just the staff in the breakfast room seemed a bit grumpy and rushed but overall definitely a nice stay, a very affordable price and I’ll probably come back!

Miejsce z potencjałem, ale sporo drobnych mankamentów czy uchybień nie pozwala na wystawienie lepszej oceny. Miejsce pięknie położone, ale trochę niedoinwestowane - rażą w oczy rzeczy, które można by było tak naprawdę nawet niedużym kosztem naprawić, poprawić, wyczyścić... Minusem jest brak lodówki w pokoju albo chociaż lodówki stale ogólnodostępnej w obiekcie. Smaczne jedzenie i miła obsługa jak najbardziej na plus.
