Shower attachment would not stay in place resulting in the shower attachment falling multiple times and spraying water all over the bathroom.
First room we were given was not clean, beds not made, went back to front desk and was given a different type of room than what we booked.
Rust spots in tub looked like blood at first glance.
Towels were hung on the rail by the toilet. No towels should be anywhere a toilet that doesn't have a lid.
Went to breakfast at 8, burnt eggs, gravy was old and congealed, only 2 yogurts in the cooler and an open bottle of milk along with old looking, yellowed hard-boiled eggs. Pancake machine was not set up. NO ATTENDANT the entire time we were there for breakfast eating the little food that was left. Coffee empty when we went for a second cup. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

Checked us into a dirty room first. Loud children running up and down the second floor hollering. Foul Odor on first floor by the elevators smelled like poop sewage.

The pool was dirty. The property had trash all around it. We found a dirty sock in our room that wasn’t ours. My daughter was meant to sleep on the pull out sofa (family of 5) and she was told that they didn’t have any sheets for it. They gave her 2 comforters, one with a big hole in it. The front desk worker was awesome and so nice, even though the rest of the stay wasn’t great. The room itself was mostly clean and my family said the breakfast was decent. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed either.

Weather was bad. Lots of mud carried into the hotel by oilfield workers. Surgical bootees should be provided for them at the front door as is done at other hotels.

There must have been some confusion and misunderstanding about the room assignment. We had a gentleman from the front desk call us at almost midnight after being at a wedding for hours to ask my name and essentially why I was not in the room across the hall. That was a front desk issue because when we initially checked in the room we were assigned to looked half lived in and we were moved. The front desk clerk never updated the computer system and I believe they attempted to check someone else into the room we moved into. Bad for business and it could cause some frustration with your guests.
