If you want something cheap and cheerful with walking distance to train station this might be a relevant option. However please note that if you book under 6 days they will not clean the room or change bedsheets unless you pay a daily charge of £15.00. I also would like to highlight the rooms are ridiculously small with no shelves or storage space to put your items. The showers has this annoying loop system where it will will be hot for a minute then cold.

Terrible customer service room was tiny and custrophobic tv didnt work room was either pitch black or bright light it wasnt dimmable

The heating was off and the room was so cold, room is super small look almost like a small storage space. We couldn’t pass the night there we had to check out few hours after checking in

I entered with long bronze hair on the bed no Television signal from the time I checked till I checked. I was so disappointed but I needed a place to pass the day so I need to manage myself.

The room need a little side table or a table under the tv. And the bathroom water after shower doesn't flow to the drainage well,it remains on the floor there.

Great location, near to train and bus station, eateries, grocery stores Friendly and helpful staff Clean Functional lift Though we were already aware the hotel was really basic, would appreciate if soap and mineral water could at least be provided Only thing we didn't like was the central air conditioner/heating. We were not able to adjust to the temperature we preferred

The room is basically a box with a bed in it. And an ensuite. No window is no problem, but a table or a chair to put things on and a glass for water wouldn't have been luxuries. The bed was fine, the shower worked, the towels were clean. The hotel was very convenient for Crystal Palace and it was safe for a solo woman traveller. So it served its purpose.

Basic hotel good location well connected with the main train lines in london. Room very basic, no bed table, no luggage frame or anything else to use as frame not even for a small bag except the floor. Basic bathroom, if you take shower you will have a swimming pool for the rest of the day. We booked a double queen but they gave us only one towel set. Hotel with not big expectations good for one night only for a quick stop.

Not ok experience. Empty room just bed and only(!) bed. As well .. luggage storage isn't free
