Whilst the hotel is a little out of the main tourist area, the staff are incredible. For those that speak English, it was well spoken by all staff we encountered. Smart stay.

I enjoyed my stay but it was not really what I expected. The Hilton Hotel is known for its top class service but I did not experience that level of service. The furniture needs an upgrade and not all the facilities worked. At the office desk where I did my work, the USB charging point did not work. The carpet on the otherhand smelled damp especially when I walked into the room. The hair conditioner bottle was empty when I wanted to use it. Unfortunately, I only discovered this once I have already shampooed my hair so there was no turning back. The rooms are are in great need of repainting. At one point I was considering upgrading to the executive room because I book these type of hotels for the high level of service from the staff and the 5-Star facilities. I have membership with the Hyatt Hotel but wanted something different for my few days break. At the Hyatt, they even bring you your first cup of coffee as soon as you arrive at breakfast and will keep on checking on you. This is what I call service. Some months ago I stayed in the Hilton in Suzhou and it was amazing. Their breakfast was top notch and beautifully presented. Having said that, my stay at the Hilton High Tech Zone was pleasant, but I will need convincing to stay there again. The hotel is a bit isolated but a 10min drive to one of the high end malls. Thank you to everyone who offered assistance when I needed it. Unfortunately, I did not take photos of the problems but I uploaded pictures of the beautiful hotel which needs some TLC in the bedrooms or some of the bedrooms like mine.

This hotel overall is quite good, staff is helpful and friendly, is nice place to stay, but regarding the facilities, due to swimming pool can open to public paid for entrance not only hotel guests, I have happened unhappy thing on it, a Oldman is not hotel guest should be paid for entrance, when I play with my children in pool , he suddenly come and said the lane is not for playing, pls go beside lane, on the begin I didn’t realise have this issue rules, then we move beside lane, after that i double confirm with staff in hotel, didn’t have this kind rules. I was quite unhappy with that.

This stay was great, the service was great, the hotel was clean, and there were cherry blossoms in full bloom, with a fragrant scent. The front desk lady also told me that the hotel is very close to the most beautiful cherry blossom road, and you can see the beautiful scenery along the way. It is a very warm hotel. The room is very quiet, and the service attitude is particularly good. Both the front desk and restaurant staff even extended our service hours. I will stay here again next time I come to Gaoxin.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel is located in the central area and the transportation is very convenient. I originally booked a standard room. After arriving at the hotel, I tried to ask if I could upgrade. The front desk staff replied politely: Wait a moment and there will be an executive room that has been cleaned. Let me sit in the lounge area for a while. The room was clean and tidy when I entered, and it was very comfortable and pleasant! The room service staff was also very enthusiastic and made me feel at home~

There is a subway line 8 in front of the hotel, which can directly reach the hotel. It is also convenient to take the subway to Qujiang to see the Tang Dynasty City. There are escalators on the subway, which is very friendly for me to drag luggage. After a short section of the woods in the street park, I arrived at the hotel. The girl at the front desk was also very friendly and carefully introduced the various facilities of the hotel. She told me that several floors of the hotel were under construction recently, and there might be a slight smell. The room is comfortable and meets the standards of a five-star hotel. Everything is good.

The stay was very comfortable. This was my first time staying here. Rainbow Aili at the front desk upgraded my room. Jason, the concierge, took the initiative to help me with my luggage. I felt that the service was very good. I recommend this hotel to friends who come to Xi'an~
