Wonderful hotel. Central location. Classic Mexican room which is what we look for when coming to Mexico. It was also quiet and comfortable. True classic architecture worth staying at.

It seems that they were not able to keep my reservation due to apparently a water problem on the room. Theh were nice to accomodate me on an "associated hotel". But for what I sensed is that it is difficult to keep bookings due to high demand and not so much options.
So be prepared for the unexpected.

En general está excelente el lugar, muy limpio, calientito, accesible, personal muy amable.
Lo único que no había servicio de comedor, nos dijeron que no estaba disponible.
Pero es un lugar muy cálido y la vista del cuarto hermosa se ven todos los cerritos. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Es un buen lugar para hosped**** pero no en invierno, me dijeron que por cuestiones de seguridad cortan el gas del calentador de 12 de la noche a las 7 de la manana pasamos muchisimo frio y no pudimos usar el agua caliente hasta las 10 de la manana porque supuestamente estaban congeladas las lineas de agua, aunque si hubo agua fria en todo momento, entiendo que busquen reducir costos pero hacen que la estadia no sea agradable
