Will only except cash! Or wire transfer? As im not an international spy it was cash only. Was expected to pay everything in cash on arrival. Had to go the ATM everyday to pay off the bill as ATM will only give you €400 per day. Very annoying. Pool was filthy with green sludge. No entertainment and poor bar and restaurant and no shop anymore.

Clearly shutting down Brown water coming out of taps The worst hotel I have ever stayed in due to loads of the apartments boarded up and no amenities open ….however Has the potential to be beautiful, if only someone would invest in it Sad to see what was once a lovely hotel now left to ruin

Dirty filthy place ruined our holiday ants all over the room bed bugs damp in room cat poo everywhere filthy sun beds coverd in mould the list goes on very run down it's a shame as all this could be rectified I wouldn't stay here again

This complex has zero amenities open. The only pool open has a broken pump so it’s green and has floating debris in it and is not functional. Apartments smell unpleasant. Wardrobes are damp and unusable. Cleaning is once a week which is inadequate. 2 blowing fans are not sufficient. What once seemed an oasis is now a refuge for what I’d call undesirables. Relocate if at all possible. A pool table placed in unlit area so not accessible after 7pm. No laundry service. Due to circumstances I will commend reception staff dealing with this crisis are extremely nice and helpful.

First impressions when arriving were not good, front of hotel littered with an assortment of bikes, building looked drab and uninviting. Greeted by an abrupt lady on reception. Told rooms were not ready and to come back in a hour, pointed to pool and then walked away. Directed to luggage room by another nearby guest . When we finally got to our superior rooms to say we felt let down was an understatement. If thats superior I hate to think what the standard rooms were like. We were half board, breakfast was ok, evening meal was very poor, lacking in choice and taste. Most evening the dining room was invaded by large groups of children ( taking part in actitives nearby), The staff could not control them and basically stood back as they ran around, dropping food on the floor and shouting. Entertainment consisted of children singing and dancing and running around the stage, every night. Most people appeared to chose to go the short walk to the strip. for meals and entertainment. Some of the accommodation on site has been sold to local who live there permanently, which takes away the holiday village feel, you expect. A big disappointment!

While the location of this hotel is perfect unfortunately that is probably the best thing about it. It is very dated, and we had a lot of little bugs in the apartment. The only thing this had going for it was the price, otherwise we would have been very disappointed. There was one lady on reception who was very unhelpful and if we had any questions we would wait until someone else was there. We bought some cocktails at the pool bar which were more like mocktails as there did not seem to be any alcohol in them whatsoever.
