Rented for 2 nights, the next morning I left to do my thing and came back they never set my bed and only left clean towels, toilet didn’t flush properly and was handed the plunger! I didn’t know that it was up to us to fix the issue

I was trying to live there for awhile and the staff was vrty friendly and accommodating when it came to me needing things. Breakfast was great as well and nice warm waffles yummy plus being pet friendly as well was the best and the pet fee wasn't outragous

Only thing is your not told off the 100 dollar deposit until check in

The staff's response when told the door sticks was, I thought we had that taken care of. over the next two days it was not fixed.

Much better visit this time around. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Stayed 2 days and had no problems, check in and check out were easy and quick. Hot water and water pressure were perfect. The property is secure and monitored.

The service was off the bat horrible, we got there on time for our reservation and still had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes to be attended. Pamela was the one who checked us in and serviced us. She gave us a room that was already booked and a room that didn’t open, we honestly did not feel comfortable anymore and wanted to let her know and to get our money back. We wanted to cancel and to speak to a manager and wouldn’t give us any information even our information about the rooms so we could have it documented on our side. She went around the desk and face to face with a family member of mine and told her that she was being rude and there was cameras that had audio recording as if it were a threat. Since no solution was given to us we decided to contact our bank. Pamela then called us back with a better tone saying she contacted the third party of the reservation, i kindly thanked her and let her know that i contacted the bank so it wouldn’t become a bigger issue and she was saying that they were going to charge us extra and i told her i knew about it and still again thanked her she proceed to cuss something and abruptly hang up.

Please update the beds, sheets, pillows, and blankets. 1970s don’t cut it. Bed was like sleeping on a floor

Shout out to Pamela she was great and helpful! All staff are very friendly. The managers were understanding and helpful with any requests we had. Rooms were clean and the free breakfast was good.

20 minutes after checking in, they knock on my door saying he smells cig smoke . Note ..... I don't even smoke! I offered for him to come in and check out the room. He refused. Than went back to the office and charged me 100$ saying I was smoking blah blah blah. Cocked attitude and said call management in the am and hung up on me.

This super 8 surprised me , it is one of the best super 8 's in Colorado springs.Very clean, walking distance for many different fast food restaurants as well as sit down restaurants.It is very close to the I-25 exit it does tend to get a little loud with the cars going by u can only hear it when your room window is open.Staff is very helpful and friendly.The price is reasonable. It has security doors all around the building u have to be a guest with a room and a key to open all doors the front desk staff takes the safety of their customers very seriously they don't just let anybody go inside just with the security doors it makes u feel even more safe.Breakfast is ok it ends a little to early I think (9:00)am.Lobby vending machine has somewhat of a good variety of cold drinks to choose from and other snacks price is kinda high.

Charged $30 more than what I was told for the room, too tired from a road trip to notice at the time. Tried to charge me extra for a pet fee as well, when it had the price on the wall right next to checkout so I confronted him, then was told the wrong breakfast time on purpose.

expensive, cheap breakfast room resembled a renovation in progress I have stayed in many motels across the US including this particular chain but will never stay or recommend this motel to anyone again

If you would like to lose weight, just stand in the elevator for a couple turns, you’ll sweat it out. The air conditioning in the room barely kept it cool try opening the window that helps as long as you’re there. Not in the middle of summer. The staff was great though.
