After staying here for many days, I really don’t understand why I have to change rooms every day if I extend my stay. I also told them many times that I wanted a room with a sunny side. The result can be summed up in two words: rigid. There will be no flexibility. Until I moved out, I still didn't understand why I had to change rooms when I extended my stay. Very poor experience. The room is very clean. The floors are old.

Before checking in, Ctrip did not inform me of the check-in code. I had to make an international long distance call to get the check-in code. The whole process was so unsatisfactory.
