Clear apartments, fast checkin with the welcoming drink, totally great breakfast!!! We were there on new years eve so the party was awesome! Live music and the perfect service!

My phone didn't work, should have contacted reception to fix it. First I couldn't find how to switch on lights in the bathroom, later one light at the bed wound't switch off, had to cover it with blanket to sleep... In general hotel is very good but you won't expect any issues paying the highest price for room in all Gibraltar.

Really enjoyed our stay here and will return. Small pool area but managed to use it no problem. Enjoyed the daily happy hour cocktails and its in a great location.

Very romantic, the phone is a bit fiddly which controls the lighting and temperature but views from balcony was really nice. The pool on top of the ship is small but has a nice view of the Rock in front of it. The bathrobes were very comfortable!

Good service but not clear enough in room service no menu. Have casino on board which is advertised but only open Friday and Saturday

A resort hotel worth visiting, but the rooms on the shore side are short and have no view at all

Unfortunately, we did not get into the country, because we were not allowed in at customs, we had a residence permit at the request of the country. The hotel did not meet us halfway and did not return the money. Not a loyal attitude towards guests. I do not recommend this hotel.

Facilities: the pool is too small Hygiene: OK, someone cleans it every day The restaurant in the hotel was hit by thunder, and the fish was okay, but the lamb knuckle was too fishy to protect against lightning. It is not as good as the restaurant downstairs in the hotel🍴

Perfect hotel, excellent breakfast. Location very good a bit noisy. In the morning I recommend the cocktails at the pool are very good think about doing The happy hour watching the planes land, take off from the runway just in front remains exceptional

Great hotel. The set meals at the restaurant on the third floor are delicious and cost-effective. Recommended to try.

The overall environment of the hotel is average, the facilities are a bit old, the hotel's casino is not open, the hygiene is OK, the rooms near the sea have a good view, you can see the planes taking off and landing
